BBQ Authority online ordering was very easy. The grill shipped by lift-gate truck within 9 days. That's good for truck delivery. It was very well packaged and strapped to a pallet. It was a few days before the weather cleared up and I got it unpacked on the patio. It went together very well. It took a few hours by myself. What a nice grill. I've owned other brand name grills through the decades, but this one is really nice. The auto-ignite feature is awesome. Turn the knob and bam, you got flame. I've used it for a couple small cooks. Very impressed! Can't wait to use the rotisserie. With a lifetime warranty, this will be the last grill I buy.

BBQ Authority is great. I was consistently updated with the shipping of the grill I ordered, and when it arrived it was packaged securely along with the free cover the team had sent with my order. Honestly, it felt very personal that they included a hand written thank you letter along with their hot sauces (Very nice touch, BBQ Authority team!!). Seeing as we'll be owning this grill for the foreseeable future, it's hard to not think we won't turn to BBQ Authority for any future needs.
