Starbucks

So, my wife and I come in all the time. Today, I had ordered a Venti Honey Citrus Tea and I spilled it over me in the car when I was on a call. I came back and went to order another one, ready and willing to pay. I told the hostess jokingly about what happened and she gave me a new one for free. I was stunned, and very appreciative of this attention to customer service. Thank you for making my day!

Very clean and comfortable setting. Ordered a Refresher and Iced coffee. They put way too much ice in their products. You are only receiving a 1/2 cup of the drink your ordering.

As for my previous post update.

The store manager/owner reached out to me so we could talk about what had happened today. I explained my side of what had happened and I appreciated his patience to listen. He, of course wanted to make things right and explained to me how he will resolve the matter and I'm glad I kept my receipt so that it can be taken cared of. The store manager/owner was also able to merged the call with the cashier involved and she was apologetic as well. Let's all admit, people makes mistakes. And I could forgive people that owned their mistake. I appreciated them both for reaching out and making it right.

Shawn was awesome in handling my coach bus that came in and even came on with Samples. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back again

My favorite place to go and relax. Food and drinks are amazing, and it's also a good place to meet up with friends! If it is busy it takes a little while to make your order, but that is to be expected. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the overall place is great! 5 stars!

Amazing. I placed my order for a hot chocolate at the drive-through window and then I started driving away. then observed that I had a coffee. came back. They did more than just improve it. They corrected it and gave me a drink credit for the next time. Christmas Eve, all of it. This store is incredible. I'm grateful.

I drive out of my way in the morning to work just to stop at this location. Literally the best staff, always friendly and remember your name.

The staff here are always ON IT! Your order is ready quickly, and the staff are friendly (even when it is early). The drive thru itself is convenient and easy to get to. Even if there is a line, it tends to move quickly. A top tier Starbucks experience!

Getting a beverage whether a hot or cold one is always a nice treat at the Starbucks, 1048 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532. Great staff and ambiance here at this Starbucks.

I went to this location to get a hot tea and the young girl that took my order -first was super friendly. Second when I came to window she asked me if I was feeling sick, that she could tell and when she brought me my tea(which she insisted to her coworker to bring it to me) and told me she hoped I felt better soon and it was honestly the sweetest thing and only person today that asked how I was feeling and concerned. It was really nice. I wish I got her name. Today is 10/29 and 8:05pm.

Everyone here was very nice. A clean classic Starbucks.

Diane and I believe her name was Chelsea helped me figure out a to keep me up. Even if it doesn't keep me up lol, im just glad they put the effort into trying to figure it out. Also, thank you Diane for figuring out all the specific in my drink (type of milk, syrup, and/or sugar)i wanted. Also they spelled my name right so 5/5 just off the spelling lol.

Always quick and friendly service at this location! Their mobile pick up is always easy, well-spaced out, and convenient. I have never had a badly made drink here. The drive through gets pretty backed up as there’s not a lot of space due to how the plaza is laid out, just FYI!

I always have a positive experience at this location. Chelsea is the sweetest, most friendly person and ALWAYS has a positive attitude. Even when they’re busy she always takes the extra couple seconds to ask how my day or week is and actually remembers the details! It’s the little things like this that make a difference, I really appreciate it! 😊

Great staff. I came here this morning after a different Starbucks messed up my order. I was going to just order 3 pumps of mocha syrup in a cup so that I could add it to my prior drink, but then they inquired about why I was just ordering syrup and I explained the situation they offered to remake my drink for free. It wasn’t even their mistake, but they fixed it for me and made things right. Thank you!

Simply love the new look, studio, and service. The Staff is on their game, and the restrooms are mostly always clean.
