After discovering that our favorite nearby Verizon store no longer existed, we were happy to find your store in Lisle. Ryan was extremely helpful and answered our questions easily. We most certainly will go there to invest in any future cell phone products or related items. Dealing with a person in person is the only way to purchase things like cellphones in our opinion. My husband and I both hope that Ryan is there the next time we go there.

Trenton did a great job with customer service, was patient, and very knowledgeable. The phone purchased was for my mom and he answered her questions and helped get her familiar with the phone. In fact, my parents (who live out of state) will only go to the Lisle store now since they received awesome service when they were here 18 months ago. Very friendly, yet professional. I highly recommend this store and its staff/team.

Pleased that this is one of the only Verizon locations where I could actually talk to a human being on the phone and not a robot. I needed a new screen protector (preferably glass) for my Apple Watch Series 5 and someone who was knowledgeable enough/willing to put the screen protector on for me. Originally talked with Ed who was extremely knowledgeable of the product and assured me that anyone in the store could put it on. I had Doug assist me and not only did he know what screen protector I was talking about, but was able to put it on for me no questions asked. He also gave me a discount for the screen protector and said if I ever needed help again, he would be willing to help. Convenient location, great service!

Alex was great! He spent a couple hours of his time with us and was extremely patient and helpful. One of the best experience I have had with Verizon. His manager Nathan was just as helpful. They made the process of getting a new phone easy. I would highly recommend this location!

Yesterday I worked with Kayla to resolve some phone issues and upgrade. She was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to get us up and running. She also went the extra mile in researching my options and explain them clearly to me. She’s a great asset to Verizon and her customer service was excellent. Thank you, Kayla!!

Had the best experience we’ve had getting a new phone yet! It was a quick and easy process and the workers were extremely patient and willing to do everything they could to get us our phones, even with few phones left after the busy holiday season. Nolan and Jasmine helped immensely, as we worked mainly with Nolan to actually set up our new phones, and Jasmine drove to a nearby location to pick up the phone I wanted since they were currently out at this location. This location has a great group of selfless and qualified workers and I would highly recommend their services.

Nolan was awesome, super helpful and informative. He was great at balancing our questions while also listening to my 11 year old try and plug his YouTube channel. Kayla came through with the assist as well. All in all, great people, great business.

I drove a fair distance to the store because the reviews were generally good. They were true. Excellent service. I had to wait a bit outside but that’s no one‘s fault. They are limiting the number of people in the store to one on one with the sales agent for safety reasons. And they disinfect everything that you might touch before you sit down. There’s nothing out to touch and play with anyway so you may as well be in your car. Ali was my salesman and he gave me exactly what I wanted, transferred everything to my new phone easily and confirmed that what I thought wanted was a good choice. He sold me some extras but that’s because i asked for them. A very positive experience!!

I had an awesome experience getting my new iPhone. Airy was the initial person I worked with and she explained everything well and broke down pricing, and the process. When I went to go get the phone, Kayla was super helpful and friendly. She made sure I had everything I need and all the information was lined up for me. I had a flawless experience in getting my new phone and highly recommend going to this location. Ask for Kayla!

Nolan helped me today with a very complicated problem. He is wise and mature beyond his years. It was truly a pleasure working with him. This Verizon store is very fortunate to have such competent employee that understands the value of customer service!

The service provided me by Christian, Nolan, and Kayla was excellent. Customer service seems to be unheard of now a days but not at the Verizon in Lisle. We were greeted promptly and assisted me in finding the right fit. You were all a pleasure and great sense of humor! Keep up the great work.

I don't know who should be more grateful, us for working with Kayla or for Verizon hiring such a great employee. Kayla was the absolute best! I would also like to thank Doug, the store manager, for his patience and determination with uploading all the contacts on my son's iPhone. Thank you again for the great customer service!

Alex was the best! Very patient, honest and Knowledgeable ,generally a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is with management. They need to add more staff wait time to get taken care of was much to long. Dealing with Alex was worth it. Very happy with my new phone.

I worked with Kayla yesterday and she was great, helped me get a great deal which I had no idea was available to me. I originally went to a different Verizon store and “no deals were available to me”. Kayla was working with Morgan and tag teaming all the customers walking in and taking care of everything. This was a great experience compared to other Verizon stores I have been too, Kayla and Morgan were great. I would recommend the Lisle Verizon to anyone and ask for Kayla or Morgan.

Oscar provided curb side service while explaining the features and benefits of my new phone. He really went the extra mile with excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you Oscar for doing such a great job. It is truly appreciated!!!

I went into the store to get a new screen protector and mentioned to the associate Faizan(Ali) that my phone was acting funny and running slow. He was very helpful. I ended up getting a new phone plus some and lowering the bill. I couldn't have had a better experience. It wasn't awkward and he didn't try to sell me on anything. We had great conversation and I was beyond pleased with his customer service and willingness to work with me, help me get a better phone and plan. I have dealt with other Verizon associates in the past in a different location and this was by far the best experience I've had.

Excellent experience. Edemir was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail so there was no confusion and took care of setting up our new phones. We will definitely be going back to that store from now on.

Wow! The outdoor signage brought me in, offering “Buy one charger, get one 50% off.” Once I came in, Mike and Ali were incredibly helpful, offering me buy 2, get 1 free - even better! Then they helped get me a deal on a phone protector, and put it on; my old one was SO scratched, and now my phone looks brand new! They offered to check my billing on my account to see if they could find a way to save me money, and they did that, too! Nolan (Young) (store manager) swung by, too, and I was able to congratulate him on his great employees! What a grand experience this was! Verizon is the best!

Kayla is AWESOME! She was knowledgeable, customer friendly, patient and most importantly provided great customer service. She resolved my issues today and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with her. She’s definitely one of the few best Customer Representatives I’ve experienced. Kayla is an asset to Verizon Wireless!

These guys could not be more helpful! I purchased all new phones and a couple apple watches and the staff was so incredibly helpful and wonderful! They took the time to go over things with me and the pricing of everything and what my bill would look like. It was all accurate and all the fees and charges were explained carefully to me with detail. I will definitely be bringing friends and family to this location just for the incredible experience and overall helpfulness that the employees are equipped with. This is the version of a well run business. Thank you Verizon Lisle for being so kind and helpful to me as well as patient and understanding. They all went above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. I couldn't recommend this store enough.
