Will I date myself if I provide a "Cheers" reference? Because sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and that applies to this Starbucks as much as it does a bar in the Boston metropolitan area.

I am dubious of glowing reviews, so allow me to bring some credibility by stating that the physical location of this store could be better. It's conveniently located, but the drive-thru situation is less-than-ideal. The line will sometimes extend beyond the designated lane which leaves a mess of cars coming from the left and the right, all jockeying to land a spot in line. Putting aside my wish that others would have common sense and learn how to properly queue, I believe this could be resolved have having more clear signage encouraging folks to wrap around the little island situation and queue alongside the curb parallel to the last row of parking spots in the Aldi parking lot. I tried once to force this trend organically, but people weren't picking up what I was trying to lay down and I proceeded to get cut in line by at least 5 cars who thought *I* was the one trying to cut in line because they didn't see me waiting in my queue of one.

On to the good. The team at this Starbucks is amazing and brings top notch customer service to nearly every interaction. Friendly, but not overly talkative. Responsive, but not so quick that it feels dismissive. Patient, but not patronizing. All of this on top of remembering your order...and then eventually your name if you go there oft enough. This is impressive for any establishment that has lines to the magnitude of creating mass chaos out in the FedEx / Aldi parking lots...but especially impressive that this drink / name recall occurs in the drive-thru. I mean, I know they have cameras - or at least I think they do - but it's impressive nonetheless. It's the little things like going to a place where you feel like a person instead of just another customer in an endless queue that can really make a difference in one's day.

Today it was Collin who made a difference in my day. So, cheers to Collin and the rest of the kind folks at the Naper / Ogden Starbucks!

Super quiet early mornings. Friendly staff. First bucks ive seen that serves oleato. They have pup cups upon request. They have plenty of delicious baked goods in stock ready to serve.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Joey who was so kind in helping me after I had placed the order to the wrong location. It was completely my fault to not check but he has no problem remaking the drinks and he was so kind the whole time. I’m a barista so I understand taking time out of your shift to do something like that, so I really appreciate it!

I placed an order through Uber eats as a gift to be delivered to family members celebrating some milestones. I asked for a staff member to write on the cups these milestones and she was so kind to do so! I really appreciate the service and the extra effort she put in to make their day is even more special! Thank you so much!

Great location. The baristas are very kind and even the individuals who aren't super friendly are pleasant and not rude. Drink are always high quality and service is 100%. It's very clear the baristas understand their roles. Glad I live virtually next door.

This location has such amazing sweet staff. I got a white chocolate frappe but realized afterwards that I didn’t specify I wanted the Creme one without coffee. I came in and offered to repay but they said it was totally fine and the woman making my drink said she would rather have me get what I wanted instead of paying for something I didn’t like. Very sweet , and top notch service.

The 2 employees that were working Sunday evening were very friendly and very hardworking. I order 10 different drinks and they managed to be quick and efficient and the drinks came out amazing.

This review is a shout out to this conveniently located Starbucks! I just drove thru and bought a venti Caramel Macchiato and a warmed Double Smoked Bacon sandwich😋😋, with the assistance of the cheerful, courteous, and lovely Barrista Annie Tremble! As always. I am very pleased with my delicious drink and yummy sandwich! I am especially pleased with the good feelings of affirmation and validation given to me by Miss Annie!😍 YOU ROCK ANNIE‼ Thank you!

First class and personalized service. I like the fact they take their time and ensure your order is correct and also answers questions about anything on the menu! It doesn't feel like you're a number having to be rushed thru the line in seconds, as with most drive thru restaurants.

I visit this location on the way to work almost daily (venti blonde roast with a shot, 2%, and classic. Hi guys!) and this team knows. what. they. are. doing. Everyone is so personable and knowledgeable, and they are a highlight of my morning! And a special shout-out to Alana for being patient with my order of the Holiday blend bag this morning <3 I’m sure it has to be hard to be behind that counter sometimes and this team does it with Grace!

It's a Starbucks. You know what to expect. Coffee, served efficiently and courteously. Always has pickup orders ready when I need them. Has never messed up an order for me. Not a ton of seating (back in the good ol' days when dining indoors was a thing).

This is what I would call my "home Starbucks" as I visit stores all over the country... And world really. The crew here excels. In particular they can deal with the morning rush better than many of the other stores in the area. I attribute this to the staff taking some time to know the regulars... They start cranking out my order when I walk in the door... The line really moves faster here! Everyone is really friendly... This store is way better than Lisle or market Meadows.

I've been there only one time, but the people were nice, service was fast, the drinks were correct, so nothing to complain about.
