Thank you Elizabeth! This was the best shipping experience I have experienced!! Never thought I'd be writing a review about the UPS store...but here I am! Elizabeth went so very far out of her way to help me and a friend ship out an odd item. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. BEST!

The UPS Store #6371 offers the best customer service I've experience in any type of store in years! I was amazed that in the midst of pre-Christmas shipping the pleasant and very competent counter clerk went out of his way to get my package going quickly and helped me save money at the same time! I was in and out so fast I could hardly believe it...and I was smiling.

I'm an Ebay reseller and I often buy items in other cities and have them shipped to me so that I can resell them. I have to figure in these initial shipping charges into my sale price and with people like Bear it makes my ability to make money much easier. I use UPS stores and all of their competitors to ship items to and from all over the world but this store goes above and beyond to offer the best customer experience one could possibly have. If you have a package to ship in the West, North or Northwest suburbs of Chicago, do yourself a favor and just go straight Bear and/or his staff. Like many other shipping stores, you'll receive a fair price for the shipping and packing services he provides but the real advantage here is that you'll walk away feeling like a truly valuable customer. And there's just no price to be put on that.

Extremely helpful staff. When they heard I was mailing my passport they were extra careful and rechecked everything to make sure there were no delays. Overall super accommodating and helpful!

The best UPS Store in the north suburbs - I love this place. The folks who work here can be a little strange, but they always care about doing a good job for you. They go above and beyond to try to understand your need, and then follow through.

I use The UPS Store for my menus. These employees are great! Always friendly and they always have my menus done before the estimated time they give me. They've even delivered them to me after hours! I'll use them every time!
