It was a very good experience. My family loved that . We got a hot mango milk tea it was so yummy . I have never experienced like that . The atmosphere is very good you can sit and chit chat over there . We will go again definitely.

Excellent staff! Accidentally ordered to the wrong store and they were so kind and understanding. Helped me fix the issue right away. The boba is always delicious. Would always recommend! Also — all their drinks are lactose free (♡ thank u from someone who hates having to pay more for alt. Dairy options) I’ve ordered here many times and will continue to order here!

Great staff. Amazing customer service. I ordered a honey oolong tea with milk, and it was a delight. The atmosphere is exceptional, there’s plenty of seating. Great place to sit and do homework.

I love that this place opened in Lake Forest. It’s so cute inside. The updated and nice atmosphere. You can hang out on the cozy seating and enjoy your boba tea. My girls loved it. So many flavors to choose from. They were so sweet. My daughter did not like the crystal bubbles, so they made her a new drink free of charge. Amazing service. We are definitely coming back and I highly recommend this place.

The tea taste so fresh and the person working was so helpful and explained that all drinks are lactose free so they won’t hurt my stomach and you can choose how much sugar you want in your drink. Will be going back often to try out more of the different tea options they have!

I ordered the winter melon milk green tea and it was super delicious! The atmosphere was very spacious with a lot of seating. Recommend coming here!

Awesome place

It took a while to get my order even though it was pretty empty. They re did my order, telling that they did it with another tea than the one I ordered, but when they gave me the new drink the taro was missing.

Update: After my review they reached out and asked if they could do anything to improve my experience there.

35 mins to get a drink, wasn’t that busy. Come back when the manager figures things out.
