Lowe's Home Improvement

I love this Lowe's. Their prices are low compared to competitive retailers, and they often have sales on mulch, flowers and so much more! The giant pear tree pictured was over 7 feet and only $35! It did great when transplanting it at home. All the staff were friendly and very helpful when I had questions.

I went to Lowe's for some items and found what I needed. The customer service was helpful and pleasant. Easy checkout. She even rang up my purchase for me. I have shopped at Lowe's before and same experience as above.

I go into Lowe's every week for tools and various other things. It's rare that they dont have something I need. I wish they had tap to pay. Besides that I recommend going here. Staff is also pretty good at helping you out when you need it.

I recently had my bathroom remodel due to mold remediation. I brought an updated tub and updated set of shower doors a vanity mirror and lighting fixtures. I was happy with the quality and the price. I've actually gone to several different Lowe's and got incredible customer service at all. They helped me find everything I was looking for and the complete job is absolutely outstanding. The cost was fair as well.

Sales staff was very helpful in helping us understand what our drape and blinds options are for a family room patio door. We also learned that this isn’t a straightforward easy task and that Lowe’s does not sell the kind of drape hardware we need (traverse rod). However, they do sell a very interesting add-on blinds kit that snaps over top of the patio door glass.

Thank you to the two gentlemen in lawn and garden for helping me with my new griddle today. I did not catch there names but they were so professional and nice to deal with. Such great service from everyone at this lowes location in delran. Thank you for your hard work and service. Your appreciated!!!

Good quality, clean store with a wide selection of products. Purchased Diamond kitchen cabinets at a great price several years ago. Designers provided an excellent layout.

We were browsing for a new refrigerator while in Lowe's Delran, when Bart walked up and introduced himself as a member of the appliance staff. He was so helpful and informative. He answered many questions we had, while even pointing out several options we had not taken into consideration. Bart had helped guide us through what could have been a pain staking process! We may not have made a purchase that day, but with Bart's assistance and knowledge, we were able to select the appropriate model to fit our needs.

Manager, Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable when buying supplies for a project I held in November. Great store, great products, great people, I cannot recommend more!

The people were absolutely great and I would like to thank Marry, the manager, who is an asset to the store!!!

I prefer the Lowe's in Willingboro over the Home Depot. They definitely take much better care of the plants and shrubs in their garden center. The majority of the employees know their departments very well and are knowledgeable in construction/ home improvement and offer assistance. At Home Depot you could be on fire and still not have anyone offer to help. Since both their prices are comparable, I'd rather give my money to the business that actual
cares about and helps their customers.

Brooke in the paint department is a star 🌟 employee. She deserves recognition for her eagerness to help her customers. For her knowledge of paints and stains. Most of all her excellent customer service skills. 10 stars for Brooke......

Customer service and all of their floor sales associates are simply the best in any of the big box stores in the area.

I purchased a Coronado shed. It was installed yesterday and it's beautiful! There was a little miscommunication with regards to the paint color but they remedied it and I couldn't be more happier! Everyone at this location is super nice and helpful.

I picked up product my wife ordered online last Tuesday, however when we got to doing our project 5 days later I found out not everything that was ordered was received. A good part of the blame is mine since I didn’t check everything I picked up and just assumed (you know where that gets you). Anyway on my way home from work today I stopped at Lowe’s in Delran a very nice young man named Victor at the customer service desk was very helpful and understanding and made sure I received the items that were missing. Seems to be a genuine person with amazing customer service. As the company I work for would say “The right person, in the right place doing the right thing for the right reasons”. Thank you Victor

I'm a little Bias since I work here. But compared to the other Big Guy Center, I think just the fact that the customer service is 75 */* better makes Lowes the best choice for your home improvement needs. 🐶 Are welcome!
