Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He made things quick and painless. Highly recommend this store because of him.

Mike C was super helpful with my issues I was having and was able to get everything sorted out for me. Staff at the location is super friendly. I've noticed though that the customer support we had to get in touch with on the other hand wasn't well trained. The branch staff was patient and tried their best, however, I can see how other customers might get frustrated especially since it took 2 hours to resolve these issues. This is something that the company needs to work on, but it doesn't reflect the branch location on their performance.

I stopped in with a problem with my S9 which I had just got on Sunday at another T Mobile store...the 2 guys in there today were so helpful & nice, fixed my issue & I was on my way. I wouldn't hesitate going back there if I need phone help or accessories. Sorry didn't get their names.

We went on 3/17/18 and the ladies were awesome. Jazmyn helped us and she did a great job. Even put our screen protectors on. We upgraded to the s9 and s9+ phones. We will go back for sure. Thanks ladies.

Eveytime I’ve visited this store, Brianna and the store manager, Janirera, have been very professional, efficient and proficient in providing me service. I appreciate their work ethic and I recommend them to anyone who goes to this store.

Customer service was great, manager jose is very helpful and keeps store running smoothly and pharo made sure i had the right charger and let me know about t mobiles new tvision , will be back soon :)
