I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Renee at wonderland. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Ty was awesome! He took me from the lowest price bongs to the quality glass section and really showed me the value of going with high quality brands for their glass. Other employees didn't take the time and effort like he did. He made doubling my budget make sense.

This is for the new location near the Shop Rite on 35. Went in there looking for something reasonably priced but good quality. I had my eye on something but the employee directed me to something better based on my price range and by listening to what I was asking for. He was knowledgeable about everything in the store, down to a new brand of papers I've never seen before. Can't be more satisfied with this location. Helped me pick something out for my girlfriend and was super great to talk to. Didn't catch his name but he was tall and had long hair. Awesome place and huge selection. Anything you would need. I always love going to Wonderland.

Had to come on here not only to talk about them having everything you can need ...oak hurst his name was Matt and in Middletown location today his name was Christian ... customer service and knowledge was top notch ...he was as friendly as they come... blew me away ... not only did they take care of me ... but I noticed he made sure he got to all the customers that were in the store. It was just nice to see ... you don’t get service like that everywhere you go...this should be noticed... and I will be back!

Rick is the best employee here! His tall stature and big beard can be a bit intimidating but once he smiles and welcomes you, you feel right as home. Everytime I go he helps me with everything I need and the store always offers something new every single time I go. This is the place to go!

Greatest experience have had with smoke shop. The big guy with the beard knows what's up. Very educated and knowledgeable of the subject which was executed with extreme politeness. I don't normally review anything at all, but when I was at this location last week the guy behind the counter (wish I remember his name, tall bald dude) was very helpful and honest. Answered every question with extensive knowledge. Great store, great collection, great knowledge.

Rick assists me 99.99 percent. I went there one time and didn't have him there, had to go back because I didn't have the right product... Don't get me wrong that the others that work there can't help you with what you need and maybe it was a manufacturer defect but it just makes me more comfortable dealing with him specifically. Very knowledgeable, I give him a half-assed explanation of what I need and he's always given me the direction I need for what I'm looking for. Beyond that, he makes personal suggestions/notations of his recommendations which have ALWAYS worked in my favor for what I need. He assisted me with an exchange of the wrong thing/defective product I recieved when I didn't deal with him. Awesome dude and as long as you can kind of explain what you need, he can guaranteed point you in the right direction.

Was literally just there and had an amazing experience. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely kind as well as knowledgeable with the products in the shop. Plus he had some funny analogies, who doesn't love a good analogy?!

Rick is awesome, thank you for taking the time with me and explaining everything to me and helping me find something I could enjoy. 4 cigarettes in 2 days so far... coming from smoking over a pack a day for 16 years.. Highly recommend.

Rick had incredible knowledge on everything in the store. He provided me with every detail I could have asked for and more. Was just window shopping but almost sold me on a few different products.

Cons and pros. First off it's a long review (con). Great shop keeper (pro) I like to refer him by his shop keeper strain name. The greatest of all! GWPkSK#1. ( Totally pro) I will refer to him by that throughout my review. Great, wise, practical, and knowledgeable shop keeper. #1(who knows there maybe more then 1) Takes to long to type...
Also info about me I just got a medical tabacoo card and had a 1/4 oz. Of the prize winning strain-bubble gum tabacoo legally in my possession. So stoked! Oh yeah this review is being written day's after my visit. To be exact it's been 7 days and I just enjoyed some True OG tobacco in vape form. Just saying!
So here's my personal journey into wonderland. Immediately GWPkSK#1 greets me immediately. Instinctively I knew he was Very knowledgeable and patient to a newb like me. What I didn't know until 30 seconds later was wise and practical were also, part of this complete tabacoo shop keeper strain.
Here's where great, wise and practical ( the GWP ) Characteriscts of this strain appear. When I inquired about the fine tobacco bong I was thinking about purchasing. Honestly I was hell bent on purchasing the 3 footer. I was asked wise and practical questions, by SK#1 Instead of sure That'll be 160$. Practical shop keeper spoke up and instinctively said " how are you gonna hide that from your wife and kids" . You see , from the moment I set out to obtain this 3 foot functional memorial of high School..... Fun fact #1 we smoked lots of skunky dirt tabacoo from the 3 footer stashed under the seat of my Camaro back in the late 80's on way to school,lunch, home wawa multiple times a day, lots you get the point.... Fun fact #2 I completely forgotten about my wife and kids. No really, really I totally forgotten I have a wife and kids. Still 🤤
However GWPkSK#1 noticed my wedding ring and 🎅 pic with kids on my key chain. That's were I realized he's friggin GREAT & WISE.
It's at this point about 5 minutes total from entry of this wonderful wonderland. BAMMO the k (stay with me k =knowledge)portion is unleashed on me like a lion on a gazelle. He could of sold me anything and I'd of bought it at any price. Clearly the 3 footer idea = #1 epic bad idea, and #2 I'm better then some pvc tube attached to a metal bowl. That's fine for your Marlboro strains or Newport strain. But not my precious and quite expensive Bubble gum 🤣. Back to knowledge. He talked me into a fine 10 inch glass tabacoo bong. That's fits in the back of my wife's vase cabinet. PRACTICAL hits at the least expected time 20 minutes into my journey. When I get to the register 50.00 for a beautiful vase you can smoke tabacoo out of. GWPkSK#1 you are the Wizard of Wonderland.

Visited yesterday for my first time and was amazed at the selection. Cbd helped me manage my stress and Matthew was kind enough to help find the right candy for me! The selection is outstanding and their staff is very helpful!

New to the vape scene and Rick spent a solid 20 mins helping me and giving me vast sums of knowledge. Never felt pressured, amazing experience! Fully recommended!

I've been to a couple Wonderlands in the area and this one is by far the best because of Rick. He is super helpful and has a lot of knowledge. Always looking forward to go back!
