The UPS Store

I shop online a lot and when I need to pickup a package at a UPS store or send a package for return, I always like to go to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and service is always fast and very convenient pack and ship. There are also other services provided at this location such as a wide format blueprints, although I haven’t used this service as of yet.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Love this location and the people who work in here! Raj and Andy are my favorite! They are just beyond helpful and patience with my returns to Amazon. They are wonderful to talk to and willing to help you with whatever your needs are. They are personable and a great asset to the company. Their customer service is one of the best experiences we’ve had in many years!!! We highly recommend this location.

My favorite UPS store. I have been a customer of this store for 3 years. The whole team is great. Tasha always helps me out and provides great customer service. I have done many print jobs, Amazon returns, and other shipments through this store. Customer service is top tier here.

Probably one of the best places to get something printed and printed fast. The sales associates are kind and compassionate, and the prints they make are spectacular. They have been serving the community for a long time, and it isn't without reason.

I ship from this location multiple times a month. The professionalism and willingness of the staff is top tier! They are the reason I continue to ship through UPS!

Everyone at Grayslake location rocks! They always are super nice and go above and beyond to help me out. This is the location to go to for any and all shipping needs!!!

I’ve been using this location for years to reroute packages and for most of my UPS needs. Tasha and her staff are always very welcoming and always helpful. They go above and beyond to help the high volume of people that visit their location.

I had been to 6 other places trying to have a few quality prints done. I was ready to give up until I found this UPS store. They did for me. It's very good quality prints at a good price. I could not have asked for better service, and they were friendly about it too. It's on a main street and easy to find.

This is my go-to UPS Store! I have been going here for over a year. I've used them at least a dozen times and I'm always greeted with a smile and great customer service!

The team here is very professional and feels like family every time you walk in- they don't even ask my box number, and have my mail ready when I enter the store! Our business had a critical timeline to deliver some marketing & communications efforts, and they were able to turn it around in one day- even stayed late to finish by 8am the next morning! It is so hard to find dedicated and trustworthy assistance these days, and I know I can absolutely count on them for every mailing/printing need my business has. Thank you so much, especially to Rochelle, who keeps you updated every step of the way, especially when you need it!! I highly recommend this location and their team!!

I love this place. I ship artwork around the country and then have it returned here. They are great at helping me box it up and I know they will keep my stuff safe when I'm out of town. They are friendly, professional and their pricing is very good for color copies and mailboxes. It DOES feel like family here. I can't recommend them enough.

I've been very impressed with the Excellence of the Staff's Operational Efficiencies and their Friendliness and Professionalism. It is truly a pleasure to be working with these Amazing people.

Edward was outstanding helping me with a shipment that I had to return that I had received from someone in a damaged box. He was able to repair the original box, saving me money. He was very polite, courteous and professional!

Rachelle, Tim and Emily are a very professional and delightful team who have become assets to my organization.
