This location is amazing. The staff is so kind and they are efficient in the midst of the morning chaos especially while Round Lake’s location is closed for remodeling. Please use this location for delivery orders!

Edit October 10, 2020. Got my flu shot at the Hainesville Walgreen's. Afterwards we went to the Hainesville Starbucks. Lo and behold three horseback riders went through the drive thru. First time I ever saw this. I've included some of the photos.

Best Starbucks ever!! Coffee is always perfect and staff is always friendly and polite and willing to help and make the best coffee ever!! Other starbucks should take note!!

This is probably the best Starbucks in the area.

The store is always clean. The staff is friendly and have never gotten the coffee orders wrong. Everything tastes great and it gets prepared quickly.

Truly, I will pass two other locations just to purchase from this Starbucks. I highly recommend the same for everyone else.

Love love love this location. The staff is not only friendly and fun, they are so fast and efficient while providing excellent customer service. Whether I go in or to the drive thru, I am always greeted with a welcoming "good morning"! It is hard to come across excellent customer service these days, but this team has it! Great job Hainesville Starbucks!

Best Starbucks ever due to one tall skinny guy in the morning shift on drive thru this guys makes your days he is very pleasant my husband only goes to this Starbucks because this guys is so kind I wish I knew his name. Keep it up give that man a raise 🙌🏼

Amazing guy in the drive thru today I hate I didn't catch his name but I was definitely having a rough morning and his upbeat attitude and jokes regarding my gift cards made my morning thank you so much sir we need more people like you in the world!!!!

They had an outdoor order taker at the drive thru which really helped speed the process up of getting my coffee. They did a great job of having me in and out in minutes with a line ahead of me.

Friendly store, well run, will always make things right. Good for meetings. If doing a meeting there come early to get seating that is not right under a speaker--the music can be loud.

😲 wow Kim is amazing, my coffee is so difficult to make cuppu tren 100 ° x foam 3 ice cubes soy not chaking splashed only 1/3 of cup and,wow shemade it so perfectly Kim is a well prepared person as register and maker cz she did and amazing well and great job!

Customer Service was on point, considering I just ordered 3 drinks and 3 butter crossants at the intercom that were common sensely warmed up compared to most starbucks. I gave it a 5 star because the order was ready right after I placed the order.

Great baristas here! My orders are always right and they are a friendly bunch. As long as I have a job they can take my money. I wouldn't survive the school day without it!

The hours on this location are incorrect! I lived in Grayslake and was there nearly every day. I moved away, and was here visiting and needed my Starbucks fix at 5:30am on a Saturday. In fact, it says that this location is closed on Sat and Sunday, when in fact they are open every day of the week by 5am! Wonderful location, I might add!

Do you like coffee? I like coffee and this is a coffee house. The people at this Starbucks are amazing and if you become a regular, they remember you and offer suggestions openly when you may not know 100% what you want. I would suggest going here for the atmosphere and staying for the great staff!

I am an starbucks regular. This location is like any other location, but what makes it stand out is the employees. The place is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and very approachable.
