Have had a good experience here several times when stopping in for parts. Staff has always been helpful in making repair suggestions and parts suggestions. When staff recommends parts, it's not just to sell you a more expensive part but rather what's right for your vehicle and driving habits.

I made the mistake once of going to the wrong auto store, never again. The team at Advanced Auto Parts is literally the best! Walked in and was instantly greeted by Salvador who double and triple checked our part number to make sure we got what we needed. He stepped out to the car to look and went above and beyond. Grateful to this neighborhood feeling parts store. Excellent service!

I was visiting relatives and had a car issue. Craig was extremely helpful and came out to my car to check. If the customer service is that fantastic for a stranger passing through, imagine the service for locals!

These folks are rock stars! Jackie wasf riendly and knowledgeable on the phone. Sal removed the battery (it was a struggle, but he did it!) and cleaned up the area. Put the new battery in and I was good to go! I highly recommend these people.

Was searching pricing for my 2009 KIA Sportage EX complete Suspension System as a "Kit" and though they don't have it In-Stock, iill definitely consider purchasing That Kit when I'm Ready to have my Mechanic install it! 😄✔👍😷

I love coming here for all my vehicle needs. Most recently, I worked with Dana at the store and it was an amazing experience. Excellent customer service and awesome deals on oil change packages! Last Labor Day replaced my battery
Asked if it was possible to reattach the
Rock deflecter under the hood save the day
So the flap doesn’t hang down anymore

Great place, really friendly and helpful staff. I needed a hard to find part that another auto store said was a dealer only part. Advanced not only got me the part the next day, but the guy on the phone actually seems to care about my predicament. I will only be going there in the future.

Went on Sunday the 18th purchased headlights for my vehicle guy working didn’t offer any help in replacing them as it states if you purchased the item someone could assist you. Went the following day as I needed assistance Nick working on the 19th Dec was a rockstar helped me change them without even asking! Thank you Nick!

Routinely good service and parts, and free oil recycling

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful! A member named Craig assist me with getting a new battery, removing the old and installing the new. He was very kind and helpful from start to finish, he also suggested a terminal protector to help prolong the new battery’s life! He installed them too! I got a great deal and I will definitely return to this location. Outstanding!

3/15/19 I would like to recognize Ryan for his amazing service. As a mother of three shopping is a little hectic. Ryan was quick to help. He helped me find all my parts and explained which would be best for me. After purchasing my items he helped me carry them out and helped me install my amazing new wiper blades. I am so grateful for all of his help.

Excellent service! Our Subaru battery died suddenly when visiting from out of town. We jumped it and got to this store. They quickly tested the battery, confirmed it needed replacement and swapped it out for us. Great experience considering the situation.
