Fast and pleasant staff. I go here everyday for my morning cup.

I always enjoy visiting this location. The workers are polite and on top of it. The Beyond breakfast sandwich was fantastic! I got it on a croissant. Their coffee is always the star of the show though. It is a must stop for breakfast.

Every morning on my way to work, this is my coffee stop. The staff already knows me and my drink. As soon as they see me or hear my voice at the drive thru, they finish my order even before I do. They are wonderful Happy people and every day they make my mornings great, with a happy greeting, wonderful smiles and a delicious hot latte, with skim milk and 1 splenda.

This is hands down the best Dunkin around.. anything you order tastes good, the staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience and I've been coming here for 10 years now ish. When I say 2 cream 2 sugar that's what I get... other places fill the cup with cream and sugar and give you a splash of coffee.

Any day I love Dunkin more than Starbucks

Mostly use drive thru. Staff are always happy, friendly, and efficient. Delicious donuts and chicken wrap are very good.

I love this Dunkin donuts. They are the only one in the area that will adjust my iced coffee. I've gone to others in the area and they are not so agreeable. I use the drive through. Everytime I order my iced coffee they know it's me. I order the same one for myself and my son and when I only order 1 they ask me about it. It's nice to go to a place like this where they know you and your orders. Everyone is very pleasant.

The line is usually wrapped halfway through the parking lot but I don't think it's ever taken ever more than 4 minutes to get through the line and get my coffee. The staff is simply outstanding and being a regular they usually have my drink waiting for me when I do get to the front of the line. I run on Dunkin!

Very hard working and efficient people working here. I went in to order since the drive through line was very busy. I was taken care of in a timely manner, I say this because I have been in other DD locations were they ignore walk ins in favor of drive through customers.

Great staff always offering the kids a Munchkin. Drive thru moves quick. Donuts don't taste as good, not this locations fault. I think the brand is changing the recipe or something, just don't taste like they used too.

This Dunkin Donuts has super nice and friendly employees! Especially the night crew! And love that it's a Baskin Robbins also cause I love getting their take home fresh packed ice cream!

The best service i have EVER received. The employees were extremely nice especially this young black female who looked about 15 or 16. she was so sweet and i would recommend this place to anyone. ;)

Been going here for years, they have the best costumer service. Don't wanna knock the other Grayslake location on 45, they could learn a thing or two from this location.

I drive further than the Dunkin Donuts by my house because the coffee is the best, they never seem to run out of anything, and they treat you like you're valuable. I LOVE this D&D !!!!

I went to Dunkin’ the other night and Diego was fantastic taking my order. He was nice and gave a good service, thumbs up to the donut expert will definitely be back to that location.
