I’ve had my oven and refrigerator for over 1 year, no problems.. these guys were pretty damn good, I got the two same day (they squeezed me in) and they were only to drop off but instead 4 guys installed them and’s tested everything free of charge. I’m glad they did because I was in a neck brace at the time, and they had to change the gas hook up on the stove. Definitely will be back here. Excellent pricing and great people are important to me

We needed a new dishwasher. Home Depot/Lowes has been a disappointment over the past years.
Decided to go local. How nice was it to receive helpful advice, great prices, next day delivery!!!! They installed my dishwasher no problem and within 24 hours, had a new dishwasher!!! Totally happy!!!

No complaints so far. I picked out my dishwasher late on a Thursday and it was delivered the next evening. The salesman Pail was very nice and get in touch with me in a timely manner for install. Vinny the installer was excellent. 5 stars highly recommend) if you need an appliance and don’t want to spend an arm leg and foot

Had a great experience, very accommodating, informative, honest and the fridge was less than half of what it cost normally. I drove 2 hours and it was well worth it! Well packaged and they helped with loading the fridge into my vehicle. A great german technology fridge at a great price.

Was a good experience, chris and edgar were there and helped making the correct decisions, the deliver which everyone else was teo weeks back, they got us up and going the next day and it was a Saturday. Way cool and many thanks, can't go a day with out wash lol.

My experience with Red Tag Appliance was probably the best I have ever experienced in buying an appliance . Before purchasing my LG dryer I had shopped around to find that everywhere I looked the price was between $900 to 1200. I decided to run into Red Tag Appliance to check to see what they had. I was very pleased to find the same dryer I had seen elsewhere, exactly what I was looking for in the price range of $699.. And the best part of the experience was they delivered and hooked it up the same day! (5 stars)

We wanted a new refrigerator and we checked this store out based on a recommendation from a friend, and we were really impressed. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and delivered and installed our applinace quickly. I will absolutely buy from these guys again in the future. In a world of big box stores with call centers, these guys are personal, professional, and when you call them or walk in the door you're talking to a real human who wants to work with you to help you find what you need. Great place.

Stopped in and Edgar was really friendly and helpful - he helped us get new appliances for our home refresh. We ended up walking out with a SmartFridge and a new washing machine/dryer for roughly half the price they’re going for online. Highly recommend checking out Red Tag before you go elsewhere!

I purchased a washer and dryer from Redtag. Edgar and Paul were both very helpful. My washer malfunctioned after 60 days and Edgar worked with me and was gracious enough to replace it. My overall experience with redtag was excellent!!!

I recently purchased a jennair fridge, Bosch dishwasher, and dryer from this store at a huge discount from going rates. They were great about setting up delivery when I needed them as my kitchen wasn't completely finished when I bought them.

We found the exact size microwave and also easy for Mom to use. The owners & staff were very helpful & friendly. We will shop there again.
