Rite Aid

We went to the pharmacy for Covid test. They were very helpful and informative. Didn't have to pay for 8 free test because of the assistance they gave. They were very patient at the pharmacy and answered every question I had. Covid test was negative!!!! Thank GOD!!!!!

Okay I'll share at The rite aids with very polite and professional I didn't see my security not saying that it's not security there but I recommend this way to anyone

its just strange that the person i spoke too like his expecting me to call the pharmacy because of my prescription as label as controlled. i didn't know those dose are really such a sensitive issue. its not even closer to those powerful painkillers. yet they hold on the refill until bone dry u are. i usually get those wherever i go. maybe I'll check with other people if their monthly prescription is being withhold because its controlled. wow ! acme , walmart, etc all say the same thing but i spoke to some unanimous people they dont do that to them even though theirs are more controlled. thays why i give it 2. but who am i just one customer just happen to just one.

Slow and cashier marcia is very rude and knows nothing

Terrible customer services from the pharmacy department. Was informed my prescription would be another hour wait. However after leaving it was finished q5 minutes later. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude and laughed at me while I asked questions. I would never return to that establishment again!
