Great place to stop by - be it a passport photo or some cold medicine you need to grab. Courteous and friendly people here and takes good care of our needs. I would strongly recommend this place and drive thru is very convenient and not bad at all in terms of back up. By the way, your questions are readily answered and definitely no long lines here for the most part. I mean, they seem to have enough staffs to take care of good # of customers.

The pharmacy here is amazing. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We transferred all of our prescriptions over here including our dogs meds!

CVS had my watch battery! (neither Kroger nor Walmart had it).

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the asst manager called Trey Dean who helped me take my passport photos. He was kind, super patient and very professional. He made my experience at CVS delightful. It's assistance such as Treys that make an establishment stand out from the rest! Well done

I'm very happy with this CVS (4523 LJ Parkway, Sugar Land TX 77479). All the staff from the pharmacists to the assistants are very proficient, efficient, courteous. The prescriptions are always filled correctly and quickly. This whole pharmacy is run very efficiently.

This pharmacy is the best one I have been to. The pharmacist is definitely patient and kind. This staff is also so genuine and courteous. I was having issues with another CVS pharmacy location filling a time based prescription. My original location (sienna) was rude and gave me the run around for one hour. I unfortunately had to contact my doctor after hours. He recalled me the prescription to Riverstone with only 30 min till closing. I called the Pharmacy and I said I was 15 min away and when I got there they were super pleasant. They had the prescription filled and ready waiting for me.
I will be transferring my prescriptions to this location. I am willing to make the drive.

I just want to say I'd drive from wherever to keep doing business with this CVS. The customer service here is unbeatable & the best around. The pharmacists , the technician and even the front store clerk's are all caring, kind & so very considerate with whatever the need is. Things are always easy to find, the store is always clean. They always have all my medications on time and if its something questionable they will check with the doctors give me a call to let me know what's best in order to assist the best they can. Team work is also a Great thing here as well!!! Thanks for checking on me when you found out I was in the hospital guys.....Shout Out to everyone You All are doing a Great Job & I appreciate you more than you know👍😀👍🌟🌟

Exceptional customer service! I had my children's emergency medications filled there last month but it was expiring in a couple months. The pharmacist was able to replace them with new ones so I can take them to school without problems. I am very impressed with the service!

I can bet if Trey and Isi are helping you out your experience will be a good one. Went there early morning and was in a hurry to get a few things. Trey and Isi were both very helpful in answering questions and helping out. If i have to go here, I will try to visit when they are on shifts...!!!

Always on point, excellent customer service , greet you with a smile every time. Medications are without a doubt a priority ....But customer service is something I feel this CVS strive to give and for that I thank them. I travel all the way from Cinco Ranch / Fulshear to come to this CVS in Sugarland . The Pharmacist & the entire staff care about not only your health but your total well being. They always let me know that by the concern they show with prior medication , upon recieving new ones , by double checking with my doctors and nurses as well as the hospital staff when I've had a hospital stays.

This is one of the CVS stores that has awesome customer service. Trey and Christine were so helpful and patient. They go out of their way to help you out. One of the friendliest stores to go to. I haven't seen someone more helpful than them.

This location is amazing because of the genuine and dedicated employees that work here. The pharmacists work here are extremely helpful,caring, kind, and fast!!! They are the best. The best pharmacy around!!!
