Kroger

Both of my sons love this location. They have vehicle carts and also the small carts that kids can push. They have lots of good deals including multiple reduced sections, which makes shipping on a budget easy. The service is always good. Plus my son starts saying "yeehaw" because he knows they have a horse ride and what makes that even better is it's only 1¢ per ride. I usually don't like going grocery shopping with both of my boys but this is one store I don't mind taking both of them to.

I came to Riverstone Kroger by accident. I was out and about Richmond area and I had to get something at Kroger. Google Maps said this is the closest place to me. Great. I was glad I got what I needed for my New Year’s Eve party.

This is my second time coming to this location and the store is always clean and well stocked very full and neatly. Everyone is so welcoming and always friendly! I came to visit the bakery to get an edible image printed out for the very first time and FAITH was AMAZING! She knows her stuff! She made sure I was happy with the quality and size and explained how I can easily remove them from the sheets! She was very patient and answered all of my questions! I will most definitely return to this location for my images and other items.

Excellent service and fast work. I had a flat tire and he finished at a fast pace with a reasonable price. 10/10

Nice new store with good layout and selection. The scan and go is simple to use and makes for quick checkout process.

This review is for the bakery. We have ordered birthday cake from this Kroger’s bakery several times. Each time we were positively surprised with the quality and taste of the cake. I just ordered a small cake for my daughter’s birthday at the last minute. The bakery staff was very friendly and arranged lovely flowers on top of the cake based on the age of my daughter. It tastes great again as usual. We cannot be more happy and would recommend this bakery for your cake orders.

Great store I love the people that work there as well. The chicken woman closes way to early. People are getting off of work at 5:00 5:30. She has everything wrapped up and cleaned up and it is not the same if you have to go home and warm chicken. Also with daylight everyone is eating later. Where are the fresh pizza and the making of the sandwiches. These people are ready to go home at 5:00. Change the signs if you won’t have hot dinner, pizza and sandwiches at the time given. Beside that I love everybody and the store

I hope this gets to the person that needs to see it. Today the produce scale was .5 lbs off. I pressed tare before weighing. I got 3 pounds of bananas but when I went to check out it was 3.5 lbs. Electric scales need to be calibrated occasionally and I think half a pound is a pretty big amount. Not a complaint just hope it gets fixed..

Excellent guest service… thank you Elham. I had accidentally left my 1 grocery bag yesterday at the self checkout and went back today and explained the situation.. Elhim the Shift Manager was extremely polite and thoughtful.. to my surprise she just asked me go ahead & pick up my fresh groceries and there no charge. I’m surprised & impressed with the great quality of service. Thank you

Thomas in the produce department provided exceptional service. The first day of availability for the Cosmic Crisp apples, he went out of his way to retrieve a case out from the back. I really appreciate the personal service. He went the extra mile. Outstanding service. Outstanding apples. Outstanding experience. A++++++ Five stars all the way.

This is by far the best Kroger I've visited. The selection is great you won't have trouble finding your favorite brands and selections. I have not used the scanners so cannot comment on their functionality.

Also, side note if you are a fan of meal kits, Home Chef has their offerings at Kroger which is nice if you don't want to sign up for a subscription. There's also an a la carte if you want a hot meal but haven't got around to trying it.

Overall highly recommend for quick in and out grocery shopping.

So I was checking out and paid for everything and then I fumbled on a container of cottage cheese. As soon as it hit the ground the teenager monitoring the self check out lane swept in and picked it up and told me to go get a new one. The tone was “stuff happens. We take care of our customers.” Great customer service.

This Kroger, unlike the one on highway 6, is spacious, clean and bright. The staffs are friendly. There are a lot of self checkout stations, much more than any grocery store I have seen. This greatly speeds up the check out. I never saw more than 3 people waiting in one line. It is so convenient for us that we find ourselves visiting Kroger much more than before. It has become our favorite grocery store. Before this, it was HEB.

Enjoyed the new concept of scanning as you shop. Every employee I came across was offering to help. A few times I needed help finding items because this is not my usual Kroger's I shop. I will be back! Customer service stood out the most in my first experience at this new Kroger!

Jacquelin at the DELI was so nice on yesterday… I really appreciated her kindness and gratitude. When I came to get some meat .

The store is very well organized and the staff is very friendly. I tried the Grab, scan and bag for the first time. I didn't follow the instructions well and Dee was very helpful with teaching me. Greatest Kroger experience ever!
