Paul! Paul! Paul! Ask for Paul! I do not think that I have ever been so excited to leave a review, but when I tell you that Paul is the epitome of customer service, that's an understatement. Everyone knows how expensive quality shoes cost nowadays. But when Paul noticed that I was about to purchase a pair of $100 shoes for my son, he suggested a pair of shoes that was on sale that allowed me to buy three pairs of nice, high quality, designer brand shoes for what I was about to spend on one pair. He did what a salesman is supposed to do, and that's inform you of all of your options! But he didn't even stop there. He went into the back himself and searched for everything even though the computer said it was sold out. For the first time I walked out of a shoe store feeling like I owed them more money, lol. To make a long story short ask for Paul, you will not regret it I promise!

Wide variety of shoes big location compared to most you can really look around and shop great customer service skills when they didn’t have a particular shoe in-store they were able to call around to partnering stores and try locating the shoe for me definitely recommend will be back very soon

This store has great customer service in my opinion. I went into the store looking for a hat (because unfortunately, they don't carry my shoe size.) It was very difficult for me to find a hat to match the outfit that I was wearing. When asked by the customer service team of they could help me find anything, I told them, "No, I'm just looking at the hats. Are the all in the front?" They said ,"yes." As I was staring at the hats and about to give up, I looked to my right and one of the team members was holding a hat that matched my outfit. I was elated! This is stellar customer service in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

I stopped in for a quick visit on 11/19/19 to grab a pair of shoes before Ieaving for my first Cruise. I ended up grabbing a pair of joggers as well. The store is fully stocked with all the latest clothes, shoes, boots and more! All of the Staff there were genuinely friendly, very engaging and professional. This includes the male Salesperson on the floor, the 2 young ladies at the Checkout Desk and the Manager. It's nice to see people happy and smiling at work. I had a great shopping experience at this Mr. Alan's and will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff, better than the one on Grand River and 6 mile their customer service is horrible. I got my shoes here and I'll be back.

I went here on multiple occasions to buy gifts for my boyfriend and every time I’m greeted with smiling workers ready to help. One of the workers, Alyssa, is always eager to help me put outfits together for what I should get and I never walk out empty handed. All of the staff are wonderful, but she definitely is a reason I come to this location in particular. I KNOW I will find something my picky boyfriend likes with her help!

Their always pretty helpful when we visit. The store is always near and clean, not too much out of place. Pretty nice selections, been gettin my children's uniforms and other things from here for years and occasionally I can find alil somethin for myself too, the prices are reasonable on most items, thanks for your support🤗

I love coming to this particular Mr. Alan's because they always have what i need when i need it. I also enjoy the customer service here and whenever Aaron Parker is working he always does a great job with assisting me

Came into Mr. Alans a few days ago looking for a specific pair of shoes. Note - I normally go to foot locker, but I was pressed for time and this was closest shoe store to me. I was genuinely suprised with how much quicker this store’s service really was than all the competitors. My experience in this store has changed my mind about Mr Alans as a whole. I had someone eager to help even before I had made it over to the shoe I was looking for. The sales associate Alyssa helped me through the process, at the end of my 15 or so minute visit, I left with not only the shoes I was looking for but a hoodie and a pants to go with it and I was more than happy with my visit and purchase. Full 5 stars.

I was here buying some shoes recently, and that light skin boy Juanye I think his name is has really good customer service, and helped me pick the best shoes for the lowest prices! Great experience!

I've been shopping here for years and Don has always taken care of me with no problem. Always smiling faces from the staff and who doesn't love a good deal.
