AT&T Store

Nate assisted in transferring a phone number over from straight talk and he was very professional, and patient with me as he maneuvered in getting ahold of help. He was very prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also personable and made being there for over an hour a pleasure. This atmosphere stood out at our experience with At&t. I couldn’t have made it through the extensive process without his help

Jade was incredibly kind and helpful. She kept the conversation going and it was never a talk about her selling to us. It was about us telling her what we wanted. It was also nice to share a few laughs. This store continues to grow and prosper. The only thing, I would do more differently is just have the reps up and moving around when customers walk in. Otherwise, loved our experience.

I went into this store to gather some information about a new phone for my husband. Jayde was the employee who helped me -- she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. It was a pleasure to speak with her, and she gave me all of the information that I needed.

We experienced great service. Our rep was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Thank goodness someone knows what they are doing at AT&T!! Don't know the super nice, super smart, and did NOT give up - his name is Nathaniel, thank you for fixing my E-SIM everything works great here in North Africa!!!! A++++++

11/08/2023.... Had to load an E-Sim on to a new unlocked phone and of course the customer service via telephone wasted about 30 minutes of my time in two different calls because they were clueless... I brought my phone here and they were able to fix it immediately was fantastic service as always!! The young woman who helped me was actually working a year ago when I was having issues and she helped me today, quite professionally and very quickly.

The AT&T store I went to today, the store associate, was very pleasant, professional, and very helpful, not to mention the store associate took the time to listen and answered all my questions and concerns.

With that being said, I will return there to do business with them.

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt I had to let AT&T know what a valuable employee they have! My salesperson Courtney - Arsenal St, Watertown, went above and beyond to explain the Apple Watch programs and iPhone options! It's taken me at least a year to finally go to AT&T to trade in my watch and phone ...I've dreaded it but I was so happy I got this young lady!!She took her time with me and didn't mind all the questions I asked! Very patient and very knowledgeable. She is a real asset to AT&T. She's the best salesperson I've ever worked with at AT&T!!

Matt L and Anthony saved my life! My SIM was locked and I needed the PUK code
To unlock it. I called the customer service line and had a SMS chat with AT&T and no one could help me. So I can into the store and Matt sat with my husband and I until my phone was fixed. Super happy and great service. Thank you!!

Anthony was an excellent help today when getting a new line. Helped us to find the best deal and make the switch over easy and quick!! Highly recommend this store !!

AT&T on Arsenal Street was great. Very professional and friendly even though it was hot in there with no air conditioning. Both of the ladies that helped me were great. Went in one day with a phone that wouldn't call or receive calls and one that wouldn't download AT&T bills and a very high phone bill. Walked out with two new phones without a payment and a lower bill. Went back the next day to bring my traded phones and very another phone for my husband. Two of our phones were Samsing S8 and an S9 and have been upgraded to S22. The S20 that had calling problems was upgraded as well! Great deal!

Recently went in to discuss changes to my plan. Spoke with Eric the manager there and he immediately took a deep dive into my plan, asked me what my needs were, and restructured with me to fit my needs! At the end of the day I got better service, better coverage, even ADDED TV and I'm paying the same as I was WITHOUT all that stuff. Absolutely amazing work! Typically when I've gone in in the past its been a quick once over and a shrug but Eric's service will keep me with AT&T for the long haul!

So I visited AT&T store on Arsenal st in Watertown to switch back from another carrier ( think magenta ) unfortunately since they weren’t corporate they couldn’t get me back on value plan. But fear not for the nice young lady gave me the number to the people who were able to help me switch over to value plan in which they did along with the help of friendly representatives in the store who also provided me with a SIM card to get me back up and running. Thank you to the 3 reps who all got fist bumps as well as the person I talked to on the phone. You all rock

Went in looking for new service since I was new to town. I was greeted by Kaitlyn and informed of all the AT&T services. I didn't feel pressured and I was able to come back once my mind was made up. The people in this store made me feel welcomed like I was a friend of the family. Great job AT&T you've just gained another customer!

My phone was hacked and a new iPad that needed to be set up walked in to att Nate was waiting for me and he did a fantastic job and it only took 20 mins and he has a fantastic personality!

I had a choice bw here or the mall's Att & I am happy I chose here! The store was clean, organized and the staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in even tho they were with other customers. Sarah was outstanding with explaining the pros and cons of the Samsung S22 even tho she has only used I phones. She was fast and efficient and did not try to sell me other items like chrome book or ear buds. When asking about cases and screen protectors Sarah didn't pretend to know all the answers, she was professional enough to pull in an experienced employee, Anthony & Bud, when needed. Thanks you Sarah for giving me such a positive experience. I def. recommend this store to anyone!
