This UPS store is WONDERFUL. We had an issue tracking a package that we shipped there several days ago. OWEN WAS SO GREAT! He spent like 15 minutes with me, went WAY above and beyond to help me figure it out. He got to the bottom - we were able to locate and track my package!
The problem was i only had partial info. I AM SOOO HAPPY bc it was important package and i was afraid it was lost. THANK YOU OWEN - you ROCK!!!!!

Reggie helped me at the UPS Algonquin store, and made me feel comfortable as I just moved back to this area from Long Beach. I been using the UPS by my old neighborhood for 8 years plus. Now I will use this UPS location while living near Algonquin.

* Noticeable improvements since new ownership took over. This new team is very customer focused and professional. Much more efficient and courteous. No more barking about “close the door”. Very well done. Please keep it up!

If the staff at this location cared as much about service as they do making sure that the customers "CLOSE THE DOOR", they would have great service. Sadly, service has continued to decrease over the past few months. There is a new kid working there and he is rude to everyone I hear him talk to and continually engages in personal conversations with other employees while they are attempting to help customers. They need to make some changes here and redirect their focus to better service.

Came in to ship out some gifts for my family and the staff here was great, especially the short asian girl (forgot her name, sorry). She was really insightful on what box size box should be used as well as if some gifts needed bubble wrap or not. Shipping was kind of pricey, but was expected for the amount of gifts that I was sending out.

I have never had less than an exceptional interaction with the people who work here. My neighbor recommended it to me for a work address and I could not be more pleased. Always helpful and always friendly. These are the people we all want to hire for our own companies. Highest of recommendations.

I have visited many UPS Stores and this one by far is hands down the best. Their Team is great, happy to assist and always provides wonderful service. I go out of my way to visit this location.

I had a large, very heavy package I was returning. I was 10 minutes late, and after awkwardly dragging the package from my car... all the way to their front door, did I realize my mistake. As I started to drag it back, a woman poked her head out of the door (I assume the owner?) and said I can take that, I just can't scan it. I was so relieved! Come Monday, Amazon acknowledged the package and I received my refund. I just want to say how much I appreciated her help. (The package was a 65 pound bunny hutch). Janelle and her staff of awesome people are the Main reason we have this mailbox here! They are always professional and courteous. Even under duress by unpatient customers, they always stay calm, I commend them for that!! ☮🤙

I think the service here is excellent and that the employees are well-trained. My only complaint is that they close at 6:30 pm. Also, I wasn't aware that I could do photocopying here, so I'll be glad to bring my business here in the future.

During a business trip I had occasion to use this store for faxing, scanning and binding and they were super helpful and actually friendly at the same time. These days that's not always easy to find. Thanks everyone for your help.
