I had such a wonderful experience today with Julz Brown of the Geek Squad. He was very helpful and patient when he was helping me restore my iPad. I would definitely go back if I need service. He did an excellent job.

I like this Best buy. Like your standard typical Best buy. Has a very large parking lot. Customer service was pretty good when I went. The lines didn't take long to move.

I'm so happy to find this Groovy restaurant in the Bronx. Bright colors so inviting, like being in an island restaurant, love the name CHOCO BAR, I'm a chocoholic, everything about it, the Welcoming attitude, the ambiance, Menu is awesome, we went during Lunch time a little busy but, we were seated right away, My husband and Took our time choosing from the menu our friends loved the menu choices they're not Spanish they love Spanish food, our server, Irma, was friendly and attentive, she new the menu and made great suggestions for us, the food presentation, fabulous,We'll be visiting for dinner soon.

Staff is very friendly. The store is not too crowded during COVID-19. I've been setting up an office for my new local marketing company pillardigitalmarketing.com and they have been super helpful helping me select all the best equipment. Great store and awesome customer service 👍

The shopping experience was made easy by Ricardo who was patient, informative and helpful in selecting a few products that I purchased at Best Buy this weekend. Mike was also pleasant and helpful both at the Hartsdale NY location. This rating is specifically for the TV department. They were very helpful! I came in interested in an very large open box TV. It had been sitting for a long while, so they dug it out of storage in the basement, took it out of the box, and plugged it in to make sure it was working. Given the size and weight of the TV this took 2-3 people a good 15-20 minutes. After confirming it was in good condition, they worked with me to organize a convenient pick-up time (I needed a bigger vehicle to fit the TV and couldn't pick it up right away so they agreed to hold onto it for me). And they were also just cool people that I enjoyed chatting with during the whole process!

Next time I'm in the market for a TV I will definitely go back to BB in Hartsdale!

Had a great experience purchasing 2 TV’s.
Initially it didn’t start off that way when the first salesman made a error with my Best Buy card then Carl Kearse came over after seeing there was a little difficulty.

Carl was told the situation, figured out what had to be done for me to get my discount from my Best Buy points and essential made what was beginning to be a bad experience, a good experience. And that’s what being knowledgeable, courteous and professional as a Sales associate is all about. For that I give 5 stars.

The gentleman that took care of my order was very helpful and patient. The item I wanted wasn't on display. He was kind enough to get a tape measure so I would have an idea of the freezer I was purchasing. The two men who delivered the freezer were on time, helpful, kind and accommodating. There was a link in my texts where I was able to see the time they would arrive and they were right on time. I am very thankful that I was helped by that best buy rep and also for the delivery men. A great experience.

The associate who helped me was extremely helpful. I was surprised since I had questions about an item with which I didn't think anyone would be able to help. But he was really friendly, happy to help, and gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision on my purchase.

This is a great place to shop...employees are always willing to help you find what you need. I have been shopping here for over 7 years and will not shop for my electronics anywhere else. Black Friday is always the best here...very organized. There is only one thing I wish they would do...maybe set up a long tent for the people that are waiting jn line to go into this store to shop on black friday... considering we are going to spend alot of money there. Just saying for someone who has been doing it for 7 years and it gets really cold and sometimes snow and rain. Thanks.

The prices were higher in general than the MicroCenter in Yonkers, but the store was very well run. Clean as you would expect in a Best Buy. I believe the store did not open til 11 on Sunday when I came here. All of the staff were very professional and helpful.
