AT&T Store

I haven't had any real issues with att. They are always pleasant and very helpful. I can get an extension with no problem because my payday falls different sometimes. Good job keep up the good work 👏

Everytime we go into the store we get good service. But when we was there Thursday we had a great employee. She was so professional.

The ladies at this AT&T location provided the best customer service I've ever received at a phone location before! These ladies are team players as well as leaders. They really do deserve a raise for the top-notch customer service they performed. If you are low on time and need concise service. Come to this location they won't let you down! 😊

I had an excellent experience at this store. The employee was very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions to save me money. Very highly recommended for your AT&T needs.

The sales rep promptly helped me with what I wanted, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Caneisha was my sales rep, and she did an excellent job of serving me and answering any questions that I had about a particular product.

The staff was great and very helpful I was able to get my new iPhone 14 and my daughters new iPhone as well. I will definitely be returning for all my phone needs.

Caneisha Cayson was very helpful and very understanding. She helped me with everything I needed, and even made sure that I was fully satisfied even though she was about to close. Usually AT&T will try to rush me out the door but Caneisha took the time and I appreciated it very much. I got my husband a new phone and I got a new Sim Card. She was very helpful. She needs a raise.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable with products. Traded up to a Samsung Note 9. Staff member helpful in transferring my information. Only issue is that AT&T needs to add more staff to assist customers, more customers than staff, waiting period can be long 45 minutes plus.

The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Chris and his manager were extremely helpful. I had been dealing with online and calling in for customer service for 5 days. They greeted me as soon as I entered the store and got me EXACTLY what I needed in less than 2 hours!!! Highly recommend the S. Highland location in Jackson, TN

Needed new phone. Greeted by Friendly young lady who answered all my questions and helped me get a new phone and transfer my data from my old phone. She was very patient, understanding and very helpful. She knows her stuff.

Friendliest store I’ve been into. All the workers are always all smiles and willing to help with anything.

Tha store representative which was a black female was extremely courteous and helpful. I can't remember her name but her started with a "K". She new her job and responsibilities as an AT&T representative.
