**Best Customer Service in Vancouver** Hands down again today.** This is my first experience at Vancouver Toyota, parking was a little challenging for the service department, but it's not impossible. I was greeted at the door by a salesman, who showed me right where to find the service department, and also asked me if I wanted snacks and coffee. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable the waiting area was, very well laid out in organized. I must have been asked if I needed help about seven times, which is amazing customer service. The way time to receive my car once it was done 10 minutes, they also gave me a free car wash for afterwards. I also seen the guy that used to work at everyday deals, he was a stalker and it was good to see him at a new job.

Very cooperative staff and best service. We got Toyota RAV4 from here. From the time we talked on phone to the time we got our car delivered, the process was really smooth. The best part was that they never forced us to buy anything in particular. Matthew Townsend was very responsive and helped us in explaining various car features and also showed us various options and trims available. Dorothy was also very helpful on phone calls whenever needed.

Been on the lookout for a 23’ TRD Camry for about a year, so I decided to walk in. And you would not believe how crazy the timing was. I stumbled upon the last 23’ underground TRD that same day. I fell in love instantly with the car. I just had to get it. And I couldn’t have don’t that without the help of the best sales man “Brian Shangle” he has went above and beyond my expectations of customer service, he’s allowed everything from the paperwork , financing, and questions for me to be a breeze. He’s definitely the go to guy for sales whenever you need any vehicle on the lot. Thank you to all the staff at Toyota for all your hard work! We bought a certified used Toyota here. Vernon was great to work with. He made the buying experience low pressure. He was a real straight-shooter and a good guy. I really appreciated his sales style. We would definitely go to him again if we were car shopping again.

We worked with Jeff W to purchase a truck. I've never had a more calm, completely non stressful car purchasing experience in my life. He was straightforward and it was all very transparent. Additional options were offered but never any pressure to purchase.
There was a huge selection to pick from which means I walked out with exactly what I wanted. The whole process took about 3.5 hours. At least an hour out of that was used just trying to pick!
For context: I put 10G down and had pre-approval from my bank.
I'll never shop anywhere else for vehicles.

We drove down 2.5 hours to see a vehicle and were met by Skyler. He was very welcoming and understanding in providing us a very fast and streamlined experience with our two young kids there.
He did not give that typical salesman pressure or presence which was much appreciated.

I worked with Robert and Matt to get into a 2015 Toyota Sequoia. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Price negotiation was easy and honest. The Sequoia is in beautiful condition and had a very thorough inspection before being sold.

Just after we purchased a used vehicle from them, we had a mechanical issue come up--not 20 minutes down the road.

Mind you, this was an as-is purchase. We had no warranty to fall back on. But, the folks at the dealership considered this issue to be safety related. So they helped address the issue, and in a very timely manner. They really didn't have to do this.

We were very appreciative of the good faith they put behind the sale, and I could definitely see returning to this business in the future.
