I have to go back and buy a special Milwaukee battery pack before it's over!! This afternoon we went to buy two pet doors, All the staff were very friendly, I had to go to different aisles and I always found friendly staff. Thank you everyone! 🙏

Came to purchase some Pex A fittings with none of the necessary details of what I needed and instead of facing a daunting task I was helped by an employee named Brandon. Awesome helper! Got what I needed and was full of helpful information.

This store has the most helpful employees, they ask, actually ask if you are finding what you are looking for. They are friendly, they act like they like their job. Front cashiers, can't say enough how helpful they are, patient, and kind. I do not like having self checkout as my only option. Great store.

It was a nice surprise to order online and come in to pick up my item. To find a halloween complimentary candy. I actually really appreciate that. I said this before, I rather buy my stuff at home depot than online websites, because I enjoy picking up local and shopping at business' that love America, Veteran's Friendly, and care for their customers. Thank you for this. Some times its the small things that shine the brightest!

We bought a high dollar item that was marked for $200 less than it rang up for, and they stood by the price. We are always happy with our service there.

The parking lot is a bear to get in and out of due to the other shops in the area, so plan ahead with time and patience.

Quick friendly service. I wanted a dewalt oscillating tool and he showed me some package deals in another part of the store. He saved me 50 bucks and I got an extra battery for free! Thanks Hector!

The Crew at Home Depot knocked it out of the park once again!!! Two employees provided top notch customer service at the end of a Friday night!!! Ryan helped with a rental and Ken assisted with selecting the plywood and cutting it into to required smaller squares!!! Thank you 🥳

Mariah went above and beyond. I was tackling a pretty big outdoor project that I had very little skill or previous knowledge about. She was not only knowledgeable and extremely helpful but she was patient and kind. She made suggestions and offered her opinion which was greatly appreciated. I hope someone in the stores reads this and acknowledges her for she is truely a credit to your store and your company. I’ll be coming back to your store for future purchases even though I live closer to Lowes.

As a contractor, sometimes they do screw stuff up, but they ALWAYS make it right. I do quite a bit of volume and they never let me down. Usually staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable.

I thought to update rating from 3 to 5. I meet Jim O on tile and flooring. 21 years there. He instantly led me to grilles grout-- no sand for 1/16 spacers. Then he helped us deal with our inside ornate tiling, along more$ but hey we cheaped it on bigger overall glossy cover tiles for kitchen counter in rental house to sell for low maintenance, also for families with kids. And yes the cheap Brazilian tile withstood the adult not nice test. Hit thin strips with mallet, then placed our hot cast iron la cruset on it multiple times. Nearly burned me hand after removing LC and checking for any burn marks. Nope just my hand burned.

Any who, Jim o helped us remember to get a wet diamond glass cutter blade and said to really slow down. We also employed some udder secret techniques, yup gotta adapt with cheap equip.

The staff are great, but the home Depot system and culture from above relegates the individual to a number making dividends for boardmembers. I still can find significantly skilled older staff that have indepth product value, but they are switching to under 40 yrs. Who can tow the sell happy sell thing. Also I pick my times, cause angry, impatient, I'm wasting time contractor hate us.
Come right before and during lunch hours or Sundays when dey watching NFL to unwind.

Always helpful when helping me find what I need. Offering suggestions and ideas for my projects. Accurately gives feedback on pros and cons of the products I need for any of projects.

Thanks to the closers. I came in late after work to buy a particular smoker. Roberto helped a lot, found the one I wanted and got a forklift driver to get it down for me. Also was given help to get this 150 lb box into my car. And all this happened within half hour before they closed for the night.

Needed to get a color match to my shed and only had paint that was close in color but not exact. With the help of John and Kai in Andresen Home Depot paint department, the 2 of them nailed it. With no color codes or color swatches they got exactly what I wanted with a lot of trial and error on their part. Very dedicated individuals to quality customer service and their priority was to make a happy customer and they did just that. Thank you John and Kai for all your hard work and determination to make a customer for life!!

In stock helpful but had to self check only thing I didn't like

We were able to participate in the Kids build workshop on the 1st Saturday of the month. Since it was July this location was doing the workshop outside. It was organized chaos with a lot of happy kids building along side their parents. If you haven't had a chance to bring your kids to a free kids workshop, I highly recommend it.

I unload at 12pm. they work at night too.

Had a problem with one of the windows we had installed 2 years ago. We replaced all our windows for about $12,000. Now one of them is cracked so I called H.D. to get it taken care of. Called 7/24/23 and was not satisfied with their response. Went to store today 7/25 and Melissa in doors and windows and quickly got the process going. Melissa was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Melissa!

My five stars is to Ken the employee specifically! He was so sweet and had great customer service. I was looking for a specific time and had asked 2 different employees prior to that for them to just point me off in a direction, and was walking around confused for 20 minutes. But when I ran into to ken with my questions he not only told me where to find them he took me straight to the items. Truly appreciated and valued. Thank you.
