I appreciated new doors, added to the refrigerator aisle closed in to keep the storage food items keep fresh lasting.

John the butcher is always courteous and friendly when I am there. He never hesitated to help me and I look forward to interacting with him on my future visits. He is a true professional.

Prices have gone up outrageously over the last 2 weeks I can't afford this Even though I love this store it's the only one I go to

A lil over the expensive side . But still a good supermarket with lots. They just need to improve there produce section they have the worst ive seen in mahopac

The Pharmacy has the most caring staff! When I stop in to pickup medicine for my parents they always ask how they both are doing. The clerks help with suggestions for over the counter meds & are able to tell me exactly what aisle to locate the product. I really appreciate the customer service they deliver.

ACME took over from A & P.
Having went through the changes of getting used to a "new" supermarket, I find myself pleasantly pleased. The staff is the same wonderful people we know. The store has done several upgrades to their refrigerators, and produce displays. I find ACME to be very user friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere, and I've been coming here for years now.

I had the most awesome & nicest cashier EVER here a few days ago, who went above & beyond! After 4 knee surgeries in 3 yrs & the 5th planned in a couple of wks, I generally don't go shopping because having to push a cart while using crutches is a struggle I don't care to deal with, but I really needed just a few things so in I went... when the cashier saw me approached his lane he ran out from behind the register, telling me to go in front & he'll push it in so I didn't have to work around my crutches. Then he helped me put my things on the belt & pushed my cart around to the end so I could get back in a pay. He packed up nearly all my things before I even had the chance & even offered to help me to my car, which I declined cuz I was close by in the handicap spot & could manage. In the 4 knee surgeries I've had, I've NEVER had such great customer service or a kinder cashier! I so wish I remembered this young man's name, but if management is reading this, the young cashier with dirty blonde/brown hair, about 5'10, high school (maybe college) age, wearing a baby Yoda mask is truly a great employee & an asset to your store! So if you know the young man that worked 1/13 or 1/14 in the late afternoon/evening who wears a baby Yoda mask - he deserves a raise & should totally train other employees how to help people with disabilities and/or injuries!

Convenient, fresh produce& bakery. Nice staff, helpful.
Visiting management not so much.

No long lines. Prices are reasonable and they always have deals on groceries

The staff here is so friendly and I can always find what I need at the store. Definitely a great grocery store.
