Friendly and helpful people. I requested small copy service. It was very small copying services. But they treated me as if I gave them big job and business. If you have large and small copying service need, definitely go here, you will be happy with their services.

I had a dhl to send to Ethiopia and there is no Street address system in Ethiopia and I was cncerend how to get the document in Ethiopia in time. Adulis MCS staff members helped me delever the document to Ethiopia without any problem and it arrived in four days. I am so happy with their service. I recommend this location for international shipping.

I really love getting my copies made here. It is really close to my business. The young man there acted very professional and I recommend everyone to get any service that ADULIS MCS offers from them. They have a very nice location.

Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! Not only are you not going to get professional service, you won’t even get the basic service that you’re paying for! We got a mailing address here along with what we thought was a forwarding service but did not receive our mail for months. After calling repeatedly and getting the run around, then finally getting confirmation that we had mail,I went to their office in person to pick up the mail. There were two people in their office and neither one was willing to help me because they didn’t want to sort through the mail they received! They said that I needed to come back when their intern is in the office. Are you kidding me?!

I have never seen unprofessional people in any kind of business like these people are. I went there for documents to be translated and authorized. The first day I went, I was not welcomed at all, and the place is so dirty on top of that They were discussing with each other some personal stuff while I was standing there.
I asked for very urgent service.
They said that’s not a problem It will be done by the next day, but the next day when I called them to get my document emailed, whoever picked up the phone was very rude, and she even told me not to waste my time by calling them.
Finally, they sent me the document, but the document was poorly translated, and the wrong dates were put on.

Reached out and asked for a quote. Received a prompt response. Provided document that needed to be translated and asked how to pay. Was told I would get a link to pay and document would be ready in one business day. Never received a link to pay. Few days later, followed up and asked for link and when document would be ready. NO response till this day. If So unprofessional and typical. There are options out there. Skip these people. Not worth the headache. Found a place that translated the document and did it for cheaper and in a day.

Also, they are not being truthful about sending a link. I emailed and asked for a link, but no response. I've uploaded my email communication. Just stay away. There are options.

They give unprofessional service specially the ethiopian guy who answered the phone he is so disrespect full

Stay away from this place, you will regret it. I scheduled an appointment and before I went there I called him to checked if he was going to be available, he said yes. When I arrived he was not there. This happened twice. Even I had to beg for a refund and it took him two weeks, very unprofessional and incompetent. The reception guy is very rude. Again stay away.

Because he want to charge us twice.. that's unprofessional and we keep call him the never pick up the phone and it never explain for us why.no more don't go and don't waste your time

Visted them for translation work and noticed some minor editing that I need to be done. I called Gebriel one in advance so someone can check it out for me before I stop by and he promised me he would that. Then I called him again on my way there to make sure I get someone to help me. He told me I CAN`T do anything about it and I need to come back next day. Very disappointed and horrible experience with Adulis. NEVER again.
