A great store for items around the house. Lumber, garage doors, garage door openers, work gloves, patio furniture, patio accessories, a large selection of doors, car batteries, marine batteries, and a bunch of other stuff. Very friendly staff, and a very clean store.

Very friendly staff on the sales floor but not the cashiers. They seem like they don't want to be there. The paint department and hardware people are so nice and will help as much as they can. I always get asked if I need assistance and the store is organized and well stocked.

You get what you pay for. I shop here a lot. The app is really helpful.

Matt at the Lima Menards was absolutely fantastic!!! He dropped everything he was doing to come and help my husband and I. When he realized the Lima inventory was out of what we needed, he helped us order everything online and we just could not be more thankful! Thank you, Matt!

I love this store and the employees. There are always so kind and ready to help. Natalie was the best helper of the day. She is very knowledgeable about the store and very kind. I also had help from Cameron, Rose, Alix and Mykel!! Why go anywhere else? The store was super busy and I didn’t have any trouble finding a friendly helper. Thank you all.!

I've avoided Menards for a long time due to their moving things around all the time but I needed parts that they only had in stock so went with it. What a surprise. Everyone I had to deal with (4 different areas) were extremely helpful and friendly even though they were super busy in the areas I needed. Am definitely interested in coming in more often with the level of service I received. Thanks
Update. The mail in rebate is a scam. I made a large project purchase and a year later still no rebate even though it says it was mailed. Contacted customer service with 0 resolution. Looked online and there is a class action lawsuit with so many not getting theirs

I’m surprised at the negative comments I’ve seen. I moved to Lima from Houston 11 months ago but bought my house 9 months before that and spent time back and forth supervising renovations. The selection, prices and service are FAR superior to anything I’ve experienced at either Home Depot or Lowe’s. I practically trip over employees walking through the store. And if it’s not their dept, they’ll find someone. If they don’t have the particular device in the store, they’ll get on the computer and order it (how I got my new gas stove!). They will stop what they’re doing (every job has paperwork etc) to help you! They will open another checkout lane if there are more than 2 customers in line. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars in the past 20 months there and NEVER had a bad experience!!

Our fridge died this morning so headed out to get a new one. All the people who helped us were amazing and got a really good price. Fyi they will take ur old appliances no matter if they deliver ur new one or u take ur new and bring them the old. 20 bucks and they take it off ur hands.

I've had hit and miss experiences picking up special orders here, but Jason and Doug were ON IT tonight (2/16/29 at 730 pm). Jason greeted me outside before I even came in, and Doug is a skilled master with a forklift. They loaded me up and had me on my way in no time, all the while extending warm smiles and perfect manners. Thanks!

I went to buy a gallon of paint & wood caulk maybe. Wasn't sure but after the lady accosciate helped me in paint I left with a cart full of stuff to do. Hooray! !! Thank you management it was nice to have help with knowledge & willing to help. I hope you keep her. I just had this experience between 4 &5pm. She showed me the clearance rack. Even explained the use of chalk board paint & answered questions about texture pain. I left with 5 gallons of paint plus all kinds of things. Excellent job. Very pleased THANK YOU. I'm embarrassed I don't know her name. But she was there today from 465pm blonde lady.

I always enjoy Menards. I like it more than going to Lowe's. At Menards, I can find people to help me find what I'm looking for and to answer my questions. I like the quality of their products over Lowe's.

Always enjoy coming to Menards wether it's for something quick I need to grab for a project or something major like doing a whole house plumbing job they have it all. The staff is well trained in their area and know how to help you out. The shelves are always well stocked and they always have some type of rebate program going on depending on the week. Sign up for their emails and always stay up to date with the current discount or promotions going on.

If what you're looking for is building supplies, lights, anything to do with your home in any way and they don't hsve it, it probably doesn't exist.

Something else...if you go in there and have trouble finding what you are looking for...just ask...they don't just tell you the aisle...they take you to it and if they can't see it they hook you up with someone in that area to help you...truly superb!!!

I have been a customer of Menards for years now. I love to see a company do the right thing for their employees and customers by requiring masks in this time. Now that other stores don't have the same standards, I now show here exclusively. They have pretty much anything and if they don't have it, they'll order it right there on the spot.
