Overpriced. Unfortunately, I paid 102% over the value of the shoes. Didn't know until a couple of hours after my purchase. No refunds. No exchanges. No returns. All sales are final. Please stay away from this business. They are also located in Dover (Rockaway Mall). Note, pay attention to the sticker price on the shoe boxes. You will see multiple labels overlapping each other. This is another sign that the price doesn't go down but ONLY up.

Place sucks. Overpriced and they don’t even give fair offers on sneakers. Also not to mention they have 5 reviews from the “castros”. 2 or 3 which are the same name. Also looks like he works there according to their instagram.

Went in to sell a pair of Jordan cardinal 3s and the owner offers me 20 dollars what a joke don’t own a business if you can’t negotiate with people. Also minding the fact that the shoes go for around 250 dollars new 20 dollars is absolutely disgusting to offer someone do not waste your time trying to sell your shoes at this place

I wish I could put 0 stars. The owner had customers inside while he was sitting slouched on his phone not helping anyone. When the owner finally came up to me and asked me for help he was the nastiest worker I’ve ever dealt with. Everything here you can find for half the price at stockx, goat, and even FLIGHTCLUB!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went in to sell a pair of shoes and when we walked in the man working flat out said no and barely looked at us was more into what was on his phone to even give us the time of day. I will NEVER recommend this place so many other better hype shops around!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and it was the owner! Stay away from this store and just buy online you’ll be so much happier you did.
