Brian from Arrow helped me for some mice issue i was experiencing in my
House.
He was informative, knowledgeable and very cool during the whole process.
Company is very professional, efficient and trustworthy.
Inspection was detailed, i ended up having a bundle package which is helpful for multiple other issues that residential homes may have.
I am confident that the results are to be satisfactory.
It is not just setting up traps, there is a whole bunch of other stuff you need to learn. I appreciate the help!

Noah was fantastic, came in communicated what he was doing and is was fast and easy. My kids kept saying hi to him and he kept saying hi, nice and friendly. Gave me a wrap up after he was done and let us know to call if we need anything. Great experience all around!

Had a great experience with Rob, Brian, and Mike from this company. We were having issues with mice in the house, as well as general concerns about pests (wasps, ants, you name it!). Rob came over for the initial assessment. He was very courteous and patient in listening to our concerns and helping us to conduct a thorough inspection of the house. Brian and Mike then arrived two days later (they would have done same day, but we were busy!) for preventative treatment and to set down monitoring traps for mice. I was very pleased with their quick work despite a snowstorm, and for how caring they were for our wants and needs (if we wanted to have pesticides in the home or only outside, etc.). I am happy to be working with Arrow for this year and potentially beyond. I can't wait to enjoy my home and yard without having to dodge wasps, mosquitoes, and ants all the time!

Arrow pest control is absolutely phenomenal. I truthfully never leave reviews but I have only nice things to say about this company. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’ve had Enrique, Patrick and Sean now and they’re all so thorough and so sweet, and customer service when I call the schedule appointment is so quick and lovely. They got rid of my mice problem within two visits and I’ve had no issue since. Anytime I have anything I’m concerned about they come out by the end of the day or at least the end of the week. My mother also uses them for a rat issue she was having and they were gone after 1 visit from arrow. Cannot recommend enough!

We just had a treatment today and a few weeks ago by Noah and his colleague. Noah is superb! He is extremely knowledgeable about bugs and insects due to his experience, including vast entomological knowledge and expertise. He provides comprehensive and complete details about how any infestations should be treated. We greatly appreciate his services and we thank Arrow and also the entire professional staff! Isaac has been servicing our home and business for some time now. Every time he arrives he takes the time to learn of any concerns or recent issues. After assessing our situation, he takes his time to remedy the appropriate action. He always explains what steps he did and always reminds me to call if there are any issues. The service was very good. The representative was very professional. He was on time. He had a great personality. He explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions and he told me what to watch out for.
