Boscov's

One of the few department stores left to survive at Eatontown's Monmouth Mall which I grew up going to as a kid and a teenage mall rat this place has much to offer. With decent prices on clothing , sneakers and footwear , jewelry, and household appliances. Around the year seasonal shopping as well. Customer service staff is courteous and efficient too. And clean bathrooms!

Our family has loved Boscov’s for decades! They have grown to include so many quality items in multiple price ranges. Our go-to store for curtains, clothes, and bathroom essentials. Great shoe selection.. especially Skechers and Clark’s. Great variety of gift items! I wish there was one closer to me!

I need to say I love your store in Eatontown I recently had a great experience with a cashier in your pocketbook section a cashier name Karen was extremely helpful so busy on register but she was so kind helpful making our shopping experience the best she was kind & knowledgeable of products we were buying she was so patient and friendly it’s rare to have a salesperson who is great & friendly helpful we will be back

I love this store but they do not have 4X clothing for women And that's a shame because they have beautiful plots and I can't understand why they don't have fluorex

This store has great prices all of the time...
Casual clothes.... they hold up well. Shoes are all on sale ...its the perfect time to shop for next years holiday season. Im finished now for two adult young woman. Cashiers are quick ...friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Good pleasant ecperience

A fine gentleman by the name of Geordany was an amazing help. We showed up with only 30 minutes before the store closed. He remained focused and friendly the whole time. A true model of a great salesman!!!

I love to shop here I don't know if it's because I'm old or just like to save money lol either way both is a good deal.

Love this store. Value for the money. They have a good clothing buyer too. Reminds me of the old A&S stores from Long Island. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Eatontown is so big has everything you need in it Woodbridge is always empty Eatontown the merchandise is all set up where you can find your items! Woodbridge is always a mess so my advice is to shop in Eatontown New Jersey at the Monmouth Mall the employees are very friendly in both stores it's the people that mess up the stores ❤

I always enjoy going to Boscov's. They have a nice selection of merchandise and it's good quality too. Employees are always kind and helpful. Remodel of the store looks great. An associate helped me by telling me about a promotion I was unaware of, and saved me $15.

It was my first time in the store. They are currently under construction. With that being said, they were still extreamly organized and neat. Staff was friendly, but they need more help. Like everywhere, the signs are up, but no one is applying.

Prices are reasonable, they carried brand name products. The best part is, their return policy, you don't need a receipt, just leave the tags on.

I was disappointed that they don't have a mailing list, only if you have their credit card. Thanks but i will pass on the card.

Boscov's is a really great department store. It is always neat and well stocked. They have a really good selection of everything. They have really good up to date fashions for every age group. There prices are also very good.. If you were never there, try it ... you will definitely like it.

Shopping for furniture at this store. My wife spotted a sectional couch on clearance.
My wife, asked if it was damaged in any way. The saleswoman said "no" it was because the "color was discontinued"
(1st fib).
Then the saleswoman told my wife as per her manager that another customer was interested in it. (1st lie) typical tactics in sales.
Then, there was a miscommunication regarding the delivery times.
Annoyed because I had moved old furniture into storage. I went to Boscov's to cancel the order. The GM and assistant manager were not available. The saleswoman had disappeared. I had called the store in the store to make sure she was there and she was. I ended up speaking with the department head with no satisfaction and was told over the phone clearance merchandise is non-returnable. (2nd lie)

Which wasn't marked on the sales tags or mentioned or discussed by the saleswoman.
Today, the furniture was delivered.
After the delivery people had left.

I unwrapped the couches. I discovered one of them was damaged, The wood in the back of the couch was broken. Called the store and was told that it was sold as is. Great customer service???
I will never shop at this store again. I spoke with the 800 customer service number. I explained every above and the Boscovs associate said that they would send a furniture repair person to my home to inspect the broken furniture. It was found non-reparable. I got an Email with a return authorization (RA) I wanted the reclining loveseat. Returned the couch and bought two reclining chairs with a 5-year protection plan.

ALWAYS a pleasant shopping experience when shopping @ Boscov's in the Monmouth mall. The employees are very helpful & happy to assist you. I walked in with the intentions of picking up a few things for back to school for my boys but ended up walking out with a few things for myself as well. The prices are reasonable and the sales are pretty good. Another wonderful experience at this store.
