Macy's

I still always love Macy's. Great prices. Wish they had more registers open. But it's still fun to actually go shopping

It was so nice to be back in a store again. Being able to try on and pick the best fit rather than hit or miss online. The lady at checkout could not have been nicer, very helpful and friendly. This Macys was full of merchandise to choose from and good sales.

Staff is helpful. Store us well organized and clean.

My family has been used macy's store for all the shopping, from clothing to furniture, and we have never been disappointed

The clerk was polite and made my shopper's experience worthwhile.

Just got a $200 coat for $70.

There is NEVER anyone at most sales desk so if your in a rush dont go....however my last two visits one woman located near gowns up to the right is ALWAYS where shes suppose yo be and willing to help. Even gave me some great fasion advice that I got loads of compliments on. Hooray to her!!!!

I just love this Macy's store. Whenever I'm gifting someone something nice i go to Macy's. I like the same day pickup services. They be having some good sales too. One thing i notice is a lack of cultural diversity. Diversity make a good working and fun environment.

I have not been to this location for a couple of years. Not as I remembered probably due to COVID. I was however very pleasantly impressed with a very nice woman named Iris who went out of her way to help me in the Polo section. I think she is new, but made sure I found what I needed. The store may not seem as well stocked but customer service was excellent!

A salesperson Barbara in the misses department went above and beyond in servicing me. Her customer service was outstanding. She ordered a dress for me to be delivered in my size. I also found a great dress for my son's wedding. The selection is superb for dresses compared to other department stores.

So happy they have a toys r us section. It made it easy for my son to pick something out. Everyrhing in one spot. Instead of going to multiple stores.

I've gone to this Macy's for many years and still enjoy it. It is bright and well laid out. The staff are usually helpful, and the store is is well organized so you can find things when you need them. I also like that there are more than one entrance from within the mall, and several from the parking lot. The store has a couple of floors, and again it's easy to navigate through out to find what you need.

I was shopping for silver shoes for my daughters wedding with no luck in London or Dublin untill Maria came to the rescue, with the perfect shoes. Such great customer service. Thanks

Great service and beautiful array of furniture. Bought lots of furniture. Our salesman bent over backwards to make sure everything is was perfect and gave us the absolute lowest price. Very Helpful! Happy Customer!

Woman at register in dress department was fantastic. She found the exact dress in the store that we couldn't find. She was super nice and efficient.

Macy's has tried hard to get through the pandemic. It didn't seems like there was as much inventory, but it felt easier to breeze around the sales floor. Lots of great deals, ok show selection, tons of coats, dresses and the makeup and jewelry counters do not disappoint

I love Macy's. I would say 99% of my clothes come from there. They fit just right. I get Macy's brand. I know my size there. They are true sized. My husband likes to go there for his dress shirts and ties.
