I was so happy that everything that I got a good book on Mediterranean diet and diabetes. I also realized that the cafe is part of the Bookstore, it doesn't belong to Starbucks. The hot chocolate and the hazelnut chocolate banana cake was perfect.
The staff were so friendly and polite when they helped me to calculate my purchases with my gift cards. Great sales too for so many options for children and hobbies/pastimes.

This is a great place to visit with a excellent selection of books, magazines and other miscellaneous items. The staff is always welcoming and very helpful. Whether you’re visiting by yourself, group of friends or with kids you will have and enjoyable time. There is a Starbucks inside with a nice seating area.

I really consider myself fortunate to have this Barnes and Noble nearby. The selection of books and magazines is, of course, extraordinary. They also have many book related gift items as well. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I also love the fact that they have a Starbucks right in the store. I can get a coffee, take a seat and browse the magazine section. Great book store.

Barnes and Nobles is a favorite place!!!! I love wandering around looking at all the different genres of books. I can spend hours in there.

It’s a good Barnes and nobles. There’s days where has high peaks hours, but mostly it’s quiet and very peaceful. The staff is nice, and they keep the place quite prepped and neat.

The Starbucks there is really nice and they make a good coffee amongst plenty of other flavors that many can make a small investment with a good read. I like to go there just to get out.

This place has been my sanctuary since it opened. Unusually friendly staff. Astounding amount of books. They are they only reason I go to Monmouth Mall.

To be honest, I haven't been to a bookstore in a while. I forgot what amazing places they are. This location is huge and very well organized. Staff was very helpful. Had a very positive experience, including a Starbucks coffee! I will be back.

The store is always clean and inviting. On my visit the other day, I asked an associate for assistance in locating some books. The associate was so helpful and engaging! The cashier had excellent customer service skills and was informative yet efficient in signing me up for the rewards program. It was a productive and rewarding visit and I will absolutely visit this store again in the near future.

I just love shopping here, so glad I have new "grands" to buy children's books for!

Pretty solid B&N. Has a Starbucks inside too. Could use a little bit more seating near the shelves for testing books.

Absolutely love it. Barnes And Nobles will be the only place I ever review. And that's because trust me, Barnes And Nobles is top 3 best stores of all time. If you don't like books, it'll make you like them B)

Perfect place to hide during a kids' birthday party! Has everything you could possibly want in a Barnes and Noble. Had the Barnes. Definitely had the Noble.

Always have the book I need. If they don't they order it. The bathrooms are always clean. Just wish the attached coffee joint wasn't a starbucks....i don't drink sewer water. But the coffee doesn't effect the rating.......not their fault starbucks sucks

Very well kept and one of the workers there, Bastian, is a joy to talk to. My kids and I many times will see him at checkout and he is always so nice and patient.

Barnes and Noble, best experience!!! There was a line of more than 25 ahead of me, but got quick courteous service including picking up a book I ordered . It was there, waiting for me and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. They came down the check out line and reminded people of their available check out at the cafe and add another exit door - exceptional service, so great!

I went there today looking for an album that said it was in stock, but I couldn’t find it in the store. I asked customer service and not one but two very kind employees checked in the back for me. They said they couldn’t find it, so one of them searched through the whole vinyl section again and checked in the back a second time and found both albums I was looking for! They absolutely did not have to look a second time, but they did. It was so nice of them and they really went above and beyond. I’m so appreciative and thankful for the amazing employees
