Florin gamestop used to be my store of choice But afte Being treated way Way better a better not being talked to like I'm some peasant This place has became my retail therapy home Even when I just drop in not buying anything the whole staff is still really friendly and welcoming Not once have I gotten a bad vibe from anyone at this store Go pay them a visit and talk some anime💕🤗💯

Came in on Halloween, young lady with the cheerleading outfit/costume helped me out with my quest as a fairly new gamer. Good customer service. I am now 4 games in on my Call of Duty adventure:). Thanks Macie.

This store is amazing! Their customer service is personable and polite, and their product experience and knowledge is great. I shop here for myself and my teenage son! My son thinks they are the best too!

The staff at the Arden and Watt store is the best GameStop ever, they're always looking for deals and they try their hardest to make sure you're happy with your selection. Big props to the amazing customer service of that team. I'll defi you shop here more when often.

I've been to many different Gamestops and this one has always treated me great over the years. Extremely helpful staff and very easy to talk to. I've been there when they are packed full with people and when I've been the only person there they are always kind and professional regardless of how many customers are there.

This GameStop is amazing! Every issue with GameStop I’ve had, has been resolved at this location. This location actually cares about their customers and their experiences. I highly recommend this location. Will never go to another GameStop again.

This is my favorite game stop to go to. The people here are always friendly and fast. Also, they don't mind giving you an extra Pokemon code card which is awesome since other game stops are much more strict about it.

The gamestop people truly are the friendliest. I don't know where they find these employees who take time to help you and make you feel welcome but it seems like every time I go to shop for my nephews I have a better experience that shopping for myself at regular stores. My hat is tipped to Gamestop employees.

The manager at this location went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had in redeeming my store rewards. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and his response turned my whole experience around.

Mario is legit. He won't suggest a bad game and will work with you on finding your next gaming adventure. Been getting my console games from here for a couple years, I really like this location and this crew.

Gamestop is one of my go places for video games and consoles although ps5 consoles and Xbox series x are hard to find as they are not in stock we still have to wait to see just when that will be be mainly it might be online also toys at the store sweaters light up key board mic
