Brad did an amazing job setting up our new phones. He took his time with us and made sure everything was good before we left! A great place to get new phones and great service.

My husband and I went to the Boardman store in Ohio today and the help from Jason and Nick was impeccable!! They cared which is hard to find the skill, honesty and perseverance..especially these days. Jason was VERY much appreciated. He found a way to figure out a problem that most representative's couldn't and probably wouldn't to transfer my data to a new phone. This wasn't an easy task! If you want EXCELLENT customer service with AT&T this is location is where you want to go! Unbelievable service. Thank you Jason and Nick and to the rest of you for your great energy✨ lastly, my husband switched from Verizon today as he was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge :)

Megan the manager was extremely kind and helpful in sorting out a billing problem. She was patient and very willing and capable of assisting me with a challenging problem in a very transparent and forthright manner.

I cannot say enough about AT&T in Boardman. My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with the customer service we had been provided during our visit. Brandon was so patient and helpful. He answered any questions during our interaction and was very thorough. Nick was also just as wonderful. Nick had checked in with my boyfriend and I to make sure everything was going well. They both were so personable! We had a great experience and would recommend this store to anyone! Very pleased and will definitely continue to do business with them!

My favorite AT&T store in all of the Youngstown area. They are the nicest and most knowledgeable around. Ray was super helpful in getting an upgrade for my father’s phone and in finding the perfect gift for my son for the holidays.

Steve was so helpful with my mother. She suffered a stroke a year and a half ago. He was very patient and went the extra mile for her and I really appreciate him! He even walked us out and held the door! It's very rare to find people like Steve these days! I hope that AT&T appreciates Steve like we did! Thank you so much Steve!
