Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!

I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.

I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.

Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!

I have gone to this location twice and never had a problem with my services. Whereas most UPS store locations comment boards were filled with complaints of busyness, crowds, long wait times and iffy service, this location provided none of those things. The first time I came here was in the middle of the day on a Saturday, no less. I went into the location and was helped immediately by two young gentlemen. They both were professional and helped me with all my service needs. The second time was on a Sunday which I was surprised they were open 10:00AM - 4:00PM and again I was helped right away with Notary, Fax and Copies all at the same time by one person - less than 15/20 minutes to do all of the up above. This location is pretty far from where I am live/reside but based on the level of service received I would come back here in a heartbeat. This location also has plenty of parking whereas other locations parking is either way too tight, non existent or like with the downtown location U have to pay to park. Yes, the services can be a little bit pricey but for what U get, if done right is worth the costs.

Always receive great customer service. Knowledgeable and quick.

I trust packages from the UPS, I gone to Chicago Ridge Store for the last three years, knowing it gets there next destination.

I had to send my sons scooter back. Danny the clerk helped me get the right packing supplies to get this shipped out. His customer service was above and beyond. I swear he could do a teaching class on customer service for some of the organization's out there. Thanks again Danny and keep up the GREAT work. I have been with this store for about 7 years, they are great help. If a package or something I didn't receive, we would checked it out to locate it and found out what was the problem. Danny and Rob have been very very helpful and kind to me over these years. Also the workers that is no longer there were the same. Keep up the good work Shaun.🙂

I was visiting from Florida and had a big neon sign that I was bringing back with me. Robert was so awesome with the way he packed it up so that it made it's trip back safe and sound! I've been using this store for almost 15 years, and when the new owners took over about a decade ago it was a welcome change. In that time it also went from a Mail Boxes Etc. to a UPS store, so their services really expanded. Ther accept returns for Comcast, Dish AT&T. They scan in UPS and the USPS. They ship, print and more.

Great personnel. Very knowledgeable.

Had several packages, (including one odd shaped,cumbersome one) to ship via UPS. Went to this store.
It is clean, well stocked, and has things one never even thought of. And their rack of various greeting cards? Hysterical.
Staff was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Very professional. Will be returning in the future. Kudos

Shaun is AMAZING! I came in there after having a slight panic attack at the post office down the street. I am a new business owner who knew nothing about shipping. Not only did he help my partner and I get all of our orders out, he taught me so much about shipping. The community he has created amongst his customers clearly shows. People were walking in and he literally knew them by name. After the amazing experience and customer service I received, I will forever be a customer of his. I’d recommend anyone to go to his establishment. His staff will definitely take care of you.
