Ross Dress for Less

Love this Ross especially the great selection of women's clothing, accessories and shoes. It does look like the store is a little short staffed though. Keep up the great work to the employees that showed up on Christmas Eve. 👏

The customer service from a young man named Chris, as well as one of the security guards was outstanding. Chris assisted me with a storage ottoman, priced it to match another one, and brought it to me. And he ended up checking me out at the register. Overall this location was pretty neat in comparison to other locations. I appreciate not being lied to as I had been last Friday and Saturday at the Evergreen Park location, by a salesperson named Towanna, and a so called Manager named Victor. Chris did not attempt to intentionally overcharge me for any of my merchandise. Although, it was some pretty cute items in clothing I didnt find much for myself. The clearance section need to be worked on. The majority of the items were regular priced.

Be careful for those who are concerned, ROSS does carry items that have the PROP 65 WARNING. A little shocking to see it on clothes....🤷🏽‍♀....but none the less this location so far has replaced the location in Evergreen Park for me. I do not ever have to step foot in that location EVA!!...manceps cave/ caveat emptor

Pretty cool store decent selection of sneakers, friend got a nice pair of Jordan’s/ clothing is not business casual, more urban clothing, good selection of baby/kids clothes and home goods.

I truly love this place I get a good portion of my wardrobe from them but even though I usually save all my receipts I had a few items like sneakers flip-flops and two jackets I believe also a hoodie I lost the receipt and they’ve been sitting there ever since I purchased them and I don’t see myself ever probably even using them they were just such great prices I had to buy them lol so I needed some dress clothes for a family event I asked the girls Over the phone if I’m able to exchange without a receipt and they were very informative and super kind they told me that they cannot refund the money but I can exchange for something else in the store but I also need to bring in my drivers license or ID in order to conduct the transaction great I said and I went in to do my exchange once at the register she was ringing everything up and she said since you don’t have your receipt they will only give you what they believe this item costs at the moment🤔 …. Hmm oooookkkk. So she starts ringing up everything one by one a $60 jacket they were willing to give me $2 everything was over $200 when I purchased but since I didn’t have the receipt they were willing to offer me no more than maybe $20 for everything😱😳😳

Yaaaaaaa nooooooo I’m good 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂🤦🏻‍♂🤦🏻‍♂ whoever made up these rules or regulations from corporate office of Ross are absolutely and utterly I don’t want to say rhetorical but they’re just not all there it’s better that you make a regulation stating no there is no returns instead of even attempting to disrespect your customers with those obnoxious prices i’ve literally offering 10% or less of the purchase price I mean I can go and sell it online probably for more than what I even purchased it other than that my experience was well the girls were so lighthearted we were laughing and having a good time but I was just blown away by the prices she would give me every time she scanned a new item to the point that I had to tell her OK don’t even scan anymore I’m good don’t even attempt to disrespect me more than you already have🤣🤣🤣 we were all having fun just trying to be funny but seriously it was A wild experience because if I ever try to return some thing that I lost or misplaced my receipt they Always gave me what I paid for it.🤷🏻‍♂

I always have good luck at Ross! I've found lots of great dresses that I can't seem to find anywhere else and shoes at prices that beat all the other stores. I'll keep coming back... I'll be broke, but I'll keep coming back. LOL

The prices are very good compared to the original cost of the merchandise. Employees are friendly and the managers even more so. Adorable selection of female clothing (thought a very limited male selection). The home goods area is perfect when you need to spruce up your living area! The store has late hours on weekends. Jewelry is beautiful and for a good price. I suggest when shopping anywhere to bring your own bag to reduce waste ✌

Great great values store is clean workers were FABULOUS... Found some great decorations for the house for AWESOME price also a handbag for myself they have so much to choose some... And social distancing is enforced which I thought was GREAT...keep up the EXCELLENT work there guys....

I love going to Ross because of the different types of items you may find and the prices are great. I wish one was closer to me so I can’t shop there as often as I would like. I feel like I miss some great items because I can’t go as often as I would like.

This was the first time I went here and I was surprised by what I found.I found a lot of cheap tees as well as name brand things such as Adidas and Nike for prices half the original.(It has both the original tags and the stores tag so you can compare prices).I got a lot of stuff for under $100.I would visit this store again in the future.

Great place to shop on a budget but yes there may be limited variety especially on jewelry, belts, perfumes especially when stock hasn't been replenished for a few days.

Very clean organized Ross. One of the better locations in the Chicago area. Very helpful staff. A good spot for affordable brand name shopping. Definitely recommend to all.

Brought my granddaughter for back to school clothes. She was so thrilled to get so many items for 200.00.

We don’t have Ross in our area but whenever we get near to this place we always make sure to visit this store. Beautiful decoration items .

Good discounts. Their returns process is easy and streamlined (if needed).
This particular Ross is on a smaller side though, with fewer "bath and home" choices.
