Michelle and her team went above and beyond to get us as T-Mobile customers. I'm not just saying that either, on the day I expressed interest in signing up she drove to another store to pick up the iPhone we needed. These are people that really care about what they do and it shows. Anything you need they will help you with!

Michelle was an amazing help with transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone and with showing me how to face time Android to I-Phone.

So yesterday I bought a new phone and got a watch and traded in my old phone. I had first called and asked if I could even do it coming from Metro Michelle the manager at this location in Billerica was amazing and helped me the whole time she did the most for me went above and beyond and I’m so happy with the service I have now she is amazing funny and so knowledgeable. I told her if I need help I’m gonna come see her so she could teach me how to use my upgraded phone and watch. Thank you so much Michelle for your help with everything. It was a pleasure having you assist with my new upgraded phone and watch and service. Thank you very much.

I was fortunate to have Jake at the Billerica location help me with the purchase of my new phone and move from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile. Transition was very smooth and he was very polite. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

Michelle, the manager was such a huge help! I am clueless with technology and she made the process of switching over and saving all my info from my old phone seem so easy! Highly recommend!

Michelle WAS TOP OF THE LINE FOR US ! she was the best explained everything and made sure she helped jail break into my email just for the most important photos I couldn't lose due to my old phone being broken !! Got a new phone and I had trouble due to password..went to another t mobile and they were not helpful at all.they told me I needed to buy another phone.i explained I just got that phone.i was not happy and decided to go to t-mobile in billerca..I saw Josh and explained and he ixed the phone with no problem..he is a very kind and respectful to me..my family also enjoyed his kindness..he should without any issue should me a manager..he was a great help to me and my family.the other manager in Lowell should not be as Josh in Billerica is a great asset to tmobile..any questions feel free to to contact me..thank you
