The employee help in this store is outstanding, they are easy to find and always have the answers to my questions. It always have what I am looking for and the prices are decent.

This is my regular store. They seem to see me coming and roll out the red carpet. It seems like I've spent half of my life here since I moved to Nashua in 2007. This time I had a pinhole leak in a spray hose for the kitchen sink. I had a brand new replacement hose that had been sitting in my workshop in the basement for several years. But when I removed the leaking hose in the kitchen and compared it to the replacement I found that it had a brass tube that fit into the quick-release valve connecting it to the faucet assembly. Whereas the replacement had a 3/8" female coupling on the end of the spray hose. So I was looking for a short brass tube fitting with a 3/8" threaded base that would fit into the replacement spray hose to connect it to the quick-release valve.

When I got to the store it was very busy. I found the assistant in the plumbing department where the fittings are but he was busy with another customer so I waited for a few minutes until there was a break in his conversation with the other customer. When I showed him the old and new hose couplings he directed me to bay 5 and said he'd be there in a few minutes. So I did as directed and looked high and low while I waited for the assistant. About 10 minutes later he showed up and found the piece I was looking for in about 10 seconds. When I got home I added some teflon tape and threaded the new brass piece into the spray hose assembly and installed it in the sink and connected it to the quick-release valve. Then I turned on the hot and cold water and tested the new sprayer and voila! All is right with the world once more thanks to the knowledgeable people at the Home Depot at my favorite store on Coliseum Ave. in Nashua. 👏👏👏

I had a 5 gallon bucket of paint and I opened the seal not realizing you can't do that if you need to return it or to tint it the woman that runs the paint department came over and said she can tint it but that I would have to stir it with a drill wich I was fine with because otherwise I'd have 5 gallons of paint I can't use she helped so much and saved me 165 dollars excellent worker I thank her so much for this

Methuen Home Depot had the Attic ladder that I needed, but to rely on there quantity in stock will take some faith and is not very accurate, I'd say the same of most of the stores. let's clean up our tally's.

I'm in Home Depot, between 10 to 20 Times a Week. It was HONESTLY the Absolute Easiest Time Returning Not Needed Items Ever, The Gentlemen Working was Very Helpful and Down to earth And Seemed Genuinely Happy And Enjoyed his Job. And I Left the Store Very Happy and Quickly. Win Win. Thanks Again 👍

Typically don't need any help here but today I did and I had a lovely gentleman assist me with molding and one with the right finish nails. Everyone so friendly and helpful it was nice.

Never have any complaints other than them always giving me a hard time about my credit card that I can apparently get but I understand I had to fix something that has to do with my social because my grandmother‘s is similar other than that a great location and always has what I need wish it was closer to Littleton

Bought a new washer and dryer combo today. Jacob in appliances could not have been more helpful! We went in having a pretty good idea of what we wanted/needed. Jacob was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try in anyway to push anything extra or more expensive on us. Got all set up for a delivery and squared away in no time at all! Would recommend this home depot location to anyone looking to buy new appliances.

Convenient location, plenty of parking spaces, organized storage set up, professional warm and helpful staffs, polite, less time on waiting on cashier lines, courteous and always smiling services 👍🏻

Great place to work and shop. They treat employees pretty good with 401k, earned paid sick and vaca time, paid holidays, 2 little nice bonuses a year that don’t fall on holidays - one in fall, and one in the spring that is called success sharing. Everyone within the entire company just got a raise as well. Wonderful place to work so far and I’ve been with Home Depot for 9 months. I’ve moved from part time to full time, learned garden and now the paint department, I’m a back up cashier soon to be a head cashier, and have my fork lift license as well as learned to cut keys for customers when hardware department are busy.

I love my job. It gives me a chance to learn and grow and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else that isn’t as great as a team as the West Roxbury Home Depot.
