Great place for a quick look around. They usually have a 50% sale on different color tags (the plastic tag that attaches the price tag), so make sure you know color is on sale before you start shopping.

Always a pleasure going in for a quick peek. Today was especially wonderful when my cashier had a very welcoming vibe ! Absolutely loved chatting with her ! Havent been to a goodwill since 2020 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the clothing section, certainly not what i excepted. Found several great shirts for an incredible price. Girls working in the store were all very helpful and nice 👍

100% agreement with the review by Reynaldo Reyes, regarding the friendliness and warmth of Goodwill Ambassador KATHY. I have been going to Goodwill stores since just before Covid started, back in late 2019, and of all the experiences with their customer agents, I have encountered many spectacular Ambassadors, and then there's a few, like KATHY, who are a 12 on a scale of 10. Keep up the good work KATHY, and I'll see you next week.

I had great costumer service here. I was helped looking for an outfit for an interview. They were so kind and so so helpful and lovely. A wonderful women and man with an accent helped me so much! You have great people working there.

Kathy is the most pleasant wonderful and super friendly young lady that works at Goodwill. It's always a pleasure to come in and see her warm smile and her SUPBERB customer service. Every store would be blessed to have Kathy as an associate. This young lady should definitely get a raise. Goodwill please know that Kathy is an asset to your company!!!

Aside from the holiday crowd, I went looking for a shadow box frame to make of gift of my son's Russia trip this year. Not only did I find one, I found 2 in different sizes. Very happy with my purchase. Store was a little worked over but the cashier was so friendly and holiday spirit filled, she made my day!

An OK trip. Not a lot on the shelves or broken stuff. Maybe next trip.

The people who receive donations are always friendly and grateful. The people on the sales floor are always friendly and helpful.

The cashier was one of the best I've dealt with (everybody there is wonderful) when checking out. Her demeanor and professionalism was top notch. A pretty great goodwill store. This is the most convenient one for me to visit due to its location, and there are several businesses nearby that make it easy to visit in a day while doing all of my shopping. The selection of books and movies is good, and I never leave without something new to add to my collection. It's definitely worth a visit.

Great place to buy used and new products. The way inflation is this place is becoming very busy. Also donated some old clothes I didn't use anymore.

It's always a good place to find things you need (as long as they happen to be in stock) at much lower prices. Just make sure you can afford to lose the money if it's something that can't be returned (such as "As Is" items). Even so I always enjoy "window shopping" to some extent and finding "hidden treasures" is always a very good thing! 😏

One of my favorite goodwills. It seems that they have a bigger selection of clothes then other stores plus they have a large selection of purses,belts, and hats every time i go. If you like looking at thrift stores go to this location at least once and see for yourself. It is always busy so be prepared to wait when you checkout.

I really enjoy this place. I have found a lot of great products here. I found an excellent living room set for less than 30 dls here. A 3 seater and a 1 seater but it's huge and can sit 2. They were dirty but easy fix, no tears no permanent stains and the frame is in perfect condition. I can't wait to transform them. Perfect for finding items when you're starting your life over.

Great deals on clothes and household items. It's a bit smaller than the place they were at before, but the customer service was on point and everyone was super friendly. Got some awesome U of A shirts for me and my family there that saved me tons of money. Definitely will be going back :)

Friendly Staff that are always willing to help and/or answer questions. Goodwill does an enourmouse amount of good for people locally and abroad, and I am always delighted to see what is available from day-to-day.
Typical Second-Hand-Style, retail store. I will say that I do like this particular location a bit more than others as it is settled right into the east side communities of Tucson that generally provide for a diverse and interesting selection of items.

Store is also a location that can help people whom are unemployed and/or looking for new employment, write resume, find companies hiring, and apply with ongoing communication till employment is found. Using their computers and resources. There is also the great help of an aid to guide and answer any questions.

Best goodwill I have been to in a long time, I come here every week and they always have something new and interesting, great deals and just all around great service... They also keep the place pretty clean so thats amazing

Easy in, easy out donation area which is a covered portico so you are out of the sun (and someday out of the rain). Fast service, very capable staff. And everyone wears a mask! Yay.

I'm always glad when I have a lot to donate. You can find a lot of neat stuff to buy there too...which goes to help the needy.
