I swear every associate at the South Bend location is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out proper hardware for finishing a tile shower. Allowed me to finish the job with confidence.

They always have that weird part you need but can't seem to find anywhere else. They have helped me dozens of times and I am beyond thankful that. Plus it saves me a trip across bend to go to lowes pr home depot. They have an extremely convenient location and their employees are great too.

The only store that had what we needed when we needed it like always I recommended might be a little bit more expensive than some of the big box stores but way worth it way way worth it!

They carry a huge variety of stuff. The little hardware things are the most important to me. Each one is a little different, but the one thing I found in all of them is helpful staff. They don't seem to be as knowledgeable nowadays but that's hard to find. Little more cost than the big box stores but to me the selection means I shop there just to keep them around.

I just read some of the reviews on here and I'm truly surprised. That said, I'm a facilities director for a large facility nearby and have ended up using this store often. It seems that each time I come into this store I've been greeted, they ask if I need help and they've helped me solve some repair challenges with various parts etc. and typically they have what I need. I have been in this store and other local shops around Bend and this ACE always seemed great. Even when they didn't have what I needed, they offered to have it in within about 48 hours and called me when it had arrived. I guess I haven't seen the rude behavior anytime over the past 7 years that some have posted about.

Love having this Ace so handy to our home. The manager is especially helpful. He has been so helpful on so many occasions. I think his name is Brant. Very knowledgeable.. Will keep coming back. Much rather go there than Lowe's or Home Depot. Even if I have to pay more for an item. It's nice to have that kind of customer service. Where the big chains I don't get help at all.

customer service is really great! It is an Ace Hardware so you know what to expect for general prices and inventory. I have to say that the staff here really can, and wants to help you with your project. On one visit they even cut my wood for me since I was new to town, and my moving truck had not arrived yet with my tools. They are happy to chat it up and help you find what you need, even if you thought you knew what you needed before you got there. Give them a try, you'll be impressed.

Great hardware store to find the things you need without the huge big box store mentality. Staff has been helpful and always greet you at the door. Excellent selection of hardware and fasteners. Store is clean and well kept. I always start here anytime I need stuff for home improvement jobs.

I stop in to our local Ace Hardware, here in La Pine at least once a month. I know exactly what I'm getting: bird seed. Big, heavy bags of bird seed. I can always find someone friendly to lift them into my cart & take them to my car. On occasion, I'm searching for how to fix something. Again, always someone friendly to help me. I love shopping locally.

Great option for those of us living in SW Bend, we shop here often. Nice alternative to driving across town to one of the huge stores where I can never find anything.

This store only got 5 stars cuz I can't give it 10 these guys carry stuff you would literally never expect o e example 1/8 inch iron pipe nipples and fittings including bushings to go from 1/8 to 1/2 inch in one fitting astounding and great selection and jaw dropping customer service
