Best. Customer. Service. Ever.

I bought two pallets of flooring when it went on sale and rented a U-Haul truck to transport it. I was unsure how it was going to work out but I had hope. My two teenage boys were helping me.

Everyone was beyond helpful from the lady manning the door, to the guy who met me in the correct aisle, to the incredible guys working at the loading dock. They were super helpful and friendly. They loaded up the truck using a forklift, then loaned us a tie down for the first trip (we had to return for a second partial pallet), and even helped tighten the load down for us! I’m beyond grateful and impressed. I only wish I could thank those guys by name but I failed to take note when I was there.

We went to Verizon and spoke with Kyle Manning about upgrading our S21s. He was very informative, patient, and helpful. He answered all of our questions, explained the upgrade process, and showed us what our new billing would be. Mentioned a special on a Galaxy Tablet so I purchased one. All in all a very good visit and we upgraded to the S24+. Would definitely recommend talking to Kyle at Verizon if you are considering an upgrade. He also printed a return label for us. Good that he did because the one I received in email from Verizon is not printable.

Gotta love Costco! This is where I buy all my tires/installations for my vehicles. I have yet to find a lower price on tires from any competitor when they have their sale going on.

Even though the all beef hot dog has replaced the large polish dog, they are still $1.50 with a soda in the food court!

Approval has been stated for the construction of a new Costco in north Bend, and it will have a gas station!

Hopefully the new store has a larger jewelry department as the existing one is quite small.

Classic medium sized Costco. Excellent products in bulk and superb return policy. Plus great food up front.

I’m a Costco customer from way back, even hail from Issaquah. 😅 Food, eye glasses, housewares, clothing (awesome affordable winter items especially) are all a savings. The prices seem even better than in years past, as if Costco prices didn’t go up over the pandemic like other grocers did.

Kyle helped us with our new phones. Kyle was super helpful, kind, explanatory and quick! Smooth transaction. I highly recommend him. Kyle your the man!! Thanks for your help.

FOUR MONTH UPDATE: DOWNGRADE TO TWO STARS FROM FIVE
Four months of shopping here reduces five stars to two. Terrible beef prices (go to Winco for proteins of quality and good price), rotten seafood once, moldy bagels, mis-labeled meat, lame customer service. Still useful store for things you don't eat.

Just joined today. Great Costco, good selection across the board. Even proteins can be reasonably priced if you look. The store guess on and on (pic.), the butcher is highly competent (pic.) of him breaking down a whole animal) - and rivals the cuts you see at Whole Foods, not Safeway or Fred Meyer's. I got a hot dog and a drink for my voyage through the aisles, and that set me back only $1.50!! (pic.). The CEO of Costco announced laspping September at an earnings meeting that this price is "forever" - which is good because I spent $665+ here today (pic.) and bought 50 things, bringing my avg. cost per item $13.30.

Kast's Tip: Join today and spring for the Executive Membership which is twice as much as Gold ($120 vs. $60). An average couple should get around $200/year in cashback, in addition to other benefits. If you think you spend about average, or have more than two people in your home, it just makes sense!

Went in to get a new cell phone with Verizon and we were helped by Kyle Manning who went above and beyond our expectations. He was fast, considerate of our needs, and very knowledgeable.

Good prices, good customer service.

Just started my membership here recently. And the membership saving and perks are a good deal. They have a variety of everything from home needs groceries, furniture, appliances, vision, tire center, jewelry.. great prices.

Great service and selection, but they moved items around recently, so it's a bit harder to find things in their "normal" spots, we'll adjust.

Today was the best pizza I ever had there. Kudos to whomever was baking the pizza! It was actually cooked all the way! Keep that time.Good job guys! I actually had stopped ordering the pizza.

Micheal at the Bend, OR store showed me outstanding customer service. I would give my experience with him a 10 out of 5 star rating. Employees like Michael are what keep me shopping happily at Costco. Thank you Michael

As always, the best place to shop and the best food in town! Can feed my family of 4 for $10.00!!! In this economy, that is absolutely amazing, and thank you costco for not inflating your prices!!!

I had no trouble finding everything I needed.
At the checkout line my grocery were scan in the basket and away I went. Total time in store 15 mins.

I purchased iPhone at Bend Costco from Kyle. He was amazing, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, he exceeded my expectations for great customer service. He is the best.

I always loved Costco but the one in town is getting "Californiafied".... Meaning it's crazy crowded with every California refugee shopping there. Hopefully these same refugees don't vote for the same silly party that ruined the state they all fled from. Not holding out much hope though unfortunately.

What a great store that has helped so much with getting deals on groceries plus if you get ebt you can spend at Costco which really is great to do for people that need it .

Thanks to the sales rep at the tire center in Bend for advising me that the set of winter tires I purchased was on sale the next day. Total savings $200 from places w higher quotes and Costco's 30-day discount adjustment.
