Pho Viet & Cafe

This is my second time here in two days. The food is DELICIOUS and so fresh. Plus the service is impeccable - they are so friendly and quick. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

I got the Pho Ga the first day and the Tom Yum with Tofu the second. While I prefer the Pho Ga, they are both unbelievably delicious and you can’t go wrong. Pictured is the Tom Yum.

My partner got the Ginger Salmon Pho which was also delicious!

Pretty regular customer. My fiance loves the pho and I like trying something new. The young waitress (long black hair) is always so nice and recognizes us when we come in. Friendly, fast and delicious. *I also love the plants that crawl across the dining area.*

My family and I came from California heading home to Kennewick Washington, its our first time dining at Pho Viet & Cafe and it was delicious. What we loved the most was that the owner came and asked, How was the food? The food is a 10, we will be stopping again. Thank you

I haven’t had such a flavorful and rich BUN BO HUE since it was at my mother’s house over 15years ago. The food was really enjoyable, the employees commanded excellent service very attentive and communicative, and even thought it was packed, you could still have your own little privacy. Definitely a place we recommend as well as a place we’ll return to. If you’re ever in the area, don’t miss the experience… this may be one of the best ones around.

This is such a cute spot with delicious food! The staff are very kind, friendly, and put a smile on our faces with their positive attitudes and great service. Our food arrived fast and tasted so fresh and flavorful. We loved the Banh Mi sandwich and the phō broth was great. Well priced too! We’re excited to make this a regular place to visit for a great dinner! To quote my boyfriend, “I could totally see us eating here every day for a year if we were rich.” 😂

I ordered the Chicken Pho. It was at my table in under 5 minutes. Super fast service! The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful with light piano music playing in the background. Also they had this cool tree! Would eat here again.

The food here is very delicious, I can eat it every day and meet very cute waiters, especially the Vietnamese girl.

Absolutely fantastic food. It was very busy when we had dinner so everything took a long time, but it was most assuredly worth the wait. The food is just bursting with flavor. The pho broth might just be the best I’ve ever had. I wish we lived in Bend just so we could eat here all the time!

Wow, recommend going. Great food and service. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food came out very quickly. Atmosphere is ok. Not bad, not anything to get excited about. They do have pictures on the walls of the food, and those order number....so you can browse by picture if you like.

Had the shrimp/pork rolls, small Pho w/ beef,, and teriyaki chicken. All very good. Chicken was really tasty. Small Pho is a good amount of food.

The Pho came out with the meat in the Pho (I'm used to meat and veggies coming separate). Not an issue per se, but the meat will be well done regardless of what you do. Also, not a huge amount of veggies (sprouts, etc). Not an issue, just noting it.

Very authentic Viet cuisine, each dishes taste is well balanced and not too salty like others Viet restaurants. The dishes is cooked with standard. Protein is tender and juicy too. Bun Bo Hue noodle is soft springy and very good textured. Wanton is also very juicy and fresh.

Food was great, place was clean, and the staff are very friendly. Every song that was played, however, is the Frasier theme song. Not a bad song. But they have it on repeat.

Best Pho spot in Bend. Offers a large menu of authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommend a bowl of the pho, it is so good. Also recommend trying their Thai Tea and crispy spring rolls. The owners and staff are all very kind and helpful.

They have the best customer service even without dine their service was amazing. They took my order brought me everything I needed . Their food was phenomenal. Especially on a cold rainy snowy day! They. Brought everything out to me fresh and hot even let me borrow a tray to eat in my car (being pregnant). Yum yum yum thank you guys so very much

I have eaten here many times and the food is absolutely delicious. Ive tried many things on the menu - ginger pho, beef combo pho, beef tendons, vermicelli, beef salad, pad Thai, spring rolls - it’s all really delicious. I’ve tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Texas and Oregon and this is definitely a favorite. I wish they would get on DoorDash and put some effort into updating the decor but that is just a too lazy to pick up and ambiance preference. If what you are after is delicious authentic healthy food, this is the best in Bend.

Amazing job, Pho Viet! The best Pho in Central Oregon indeed. We enjoyed the Pho (I got the super sized bowl, the right choice for the ravenous traveller & hiker), Pad Thai, and some delicious appetizers. 10/10 Recommend.

Feedback to owner: Review the design of the menu, it wasn't clear what was a smoothie and what was just tea. :)
