A bit cluttered, as all Ross stores are. However, the people working there seemed to be having fun, which is not something I see in Ross very often. Also, this Ross has one of the better selections that I've seen in a long time and great prices on items. I usually shop discount, and even I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the prices on things.

This is a very clean store and the staff are very helpful. This particular Ross has lots of fun finds. We love to get our dog toys here because they are excellent quality and affordable, $3-$5 for most of them. I have found several pairs of nice Nike shoes and other good finds. Definitely recommend.

Shopping here because I’m relocating from California and wasn’t familiar with any stores seen this Ross and by far best customer service great items clean and a lot to choose from nothing like California the women at the cashier were all lovely polite and great customer service I went in from dec 22-26 and cashed out at least 500-800 each visit ! Never shopped or spent that much at any Ross in my life but this was well worth it and found great items for my new home in bend ! Thank you all keep up the great work

Ross is great! Always nice employees and great deals and good with returns. The dressing rooms, especially with the Ross on the south side, are not always great at being open all the time (except for the makeshift one at the front of store that always smells badly like feet) so it’s hard to try on clothes sometimes! But Ross overall is great and most of my clothes are from there.

I was bummed that a suitcase I bought about two months ago broke after I used it once. I was past the 30 day return policy but called and spoke with Marisol to ask if there was anything I could do. She was very nice and said that I could return it for store credit. When I took it in, the person helping me at the counter, Jenna, was pleasant as well. Thanks to both of you for helping me resolve my issue with my purchase. You were both awesome!!

Love this store so much.

Not only a great place for quality clothing and products for a great price, I appreciate this store! They were courteous enough to remain open on Christmas Eve for the ones who just couldnt get off work soon enough or whatever the reason for last minutes. But... I was definitely grateful!!!

Love Ross! I forgot an item I paid for and the cashier was super friendly and helpful! Plus they have AMAZING deals. Just got my own place and I saved a ton by shopping here

I Love Ross !! Cheaper than Goodwill ! They should however have most cashiers train for returns, I was in line waiting and 4 people went infront of me because I had to wait for the one cashier to do my return. Other than that, no complaints !

I'm giving Ross a 5 star because out of all the shops in bend they came through for me with a black dress in my size to wear to memorial.... Finding a black dress in the prime time of summertime is one of the hardest things.

This time my friend and I visited the store on the south end of Bend. Like the store on the way north side of Bend it has a wide variety of things in many different price ranges. I didn't buy anything this time but my friend spent $88.00 replacing several storage bowls that she needed for her kitchen plus she has already started her Christmas shopping. They have just about everything from tools to toys and a whole lot lot more. My friend and I can and do often spend quite ba long while in whichever of the stores that we go to. The only thing that I don't like is that they have the carts fixed so they you can't take them out of the store. I guess that saves all of us some money because no one has to go out to pick up carts and they can't be easily stollen but it's a bit of a hassle when one has to take a bunch of stuff out to their car. You can only take them bag by bag. Hopefully your bags aren't to heavy.

Finally found wide shoes here couldn't find my size anywhere else.

Bought lots of school clothes for great prices.

I love the clothes i mostly get Anime or band t shirts but they should get slipknot and more anime shirts!

I've been to my fair share of Ross stores and this one takes the cake for being the most clean and organized! I appreciate the effort the staff puts in to making it nice and it makes a difference in sales for sure.

Being from Phoenix we have a Ross on every corner and they differ drastically in cleanliness, quality, friendliness of employees and items they carry. This store was very clean, had friendly employees and I found everything I needed.

I like that I can get unique things here. Good prices and selection. It's always a treasure hunt! With prices on the rise it's nice to find things we can all afford!
