AT&T Store

When our credit card was hacked my husband spent over an hour online and on the phone trying to simply change our automatic billing to a different card. Finally one AT&T agent told him, "You have to go to an AT&T store to fix that." I went to the E Broadway store and was met by a pleasant, smiling MariaJose. She took care of the problem in about ten minutes. Wonderful in-person service, I don't have much good to say about the online and phone help.

This store is the best phone store I’ve ever been to. I have had Verizon and T-Mobile in the past but the service never worked for us. Also the customer service I received in this store was the best. All the employees here go above and beyond. Junior was the representative who helped me and my family get switched over from Verizon and got us into great deals. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to switch service! If you need help with your service I definitely recommend Junior! He was beyond helpful!!

Extremely easy, quick, friendly and professional service from Maria Jose! She made adding a line the quickest and easiest process from any phone company I've had, she was extremely knowledgeable about the process and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Maria!

I’ve been having an ongoing issue with my son’s stolen phone. I’ve been told so many different things by the insurance company and over the phone AT&T reps, I went to this store because it was close to me. Walking in Axell was very nice and kind. I explained my situation and he kindly had me take a seat to let Kevin who was with another customer help me. Both Kevin and Axell were amazing, they were very professional and relieved me tremendously on my issue. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, again thank you both for your help!!

Came into the store to add a hotspot on my phone as well as to get a new glass screen protector, I was serviced by Kevin and Habdeel. They did a great job, were professional, and answered all my questions! Good costumer service!

This store is fantastic. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Habdeel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he really knows his job.

I've been here twice sales staff have always been great, today I had several issues all of which were resolved. Staff person was friendl helpful and there was only a short wait.

The rep. Helped me promptly to return my phone. He boxed it, printed out my return label, and sealed it for me. I only had to walk to Pantano and 22nd St. to mail it via USPS. Thank y'all very much 🙏

Junior welcomed me as soon as I walked in! His warm smile and willingness to help was refreshing! He listened to all of my iPhone concerns and helped me find a solution. The best service and coverage. I know because I drive for lyft and have used them all. AT&T beats them all. With the other two big boys I lost a lot of money because I lost my signal often. Not with AT&T

Best cell provider hands down Justin helped me out he is an awesome young man he really went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Much better customer service than TMobile or Verizon and if you have less than optimal credit these guys will still get you whatever phone your looking for.

Got a new phone for my mom. They were helpful to check her ID at the car for verification due to her limited mobility, and complete the process with me inside for her account. Kudos. #YoK
