Raffi’s service was awesome, so was his assistants! He literally spotted that my Box (24 cubic) was too big for my needs, and offered me a smaller box (20 cubic). He saved me $75 in that move alone. Then, I was quoted for delivery on Jan 2nd, however my package arrived in lightning speed on DEC 29th. Totally satisfied with the price of the box and service and shipping costs! He even offered me 5% off for a veteran discount! A++++++! Thanks Raffi - Chris M.

This location has served my business shipping requirements superbly for the last 11 years. I am there almost every day and have seen the owner interact with 100’s of customers. Always extending a helping hand always professional always courteous!

This is my first Google review. I was looking up the hours of this store and saw the two negative reviews and was shocked. I purposely go to this particular UPS store because the owner (I assume it's the owner, tall man with slight accent) is so darn nice and helpful. Maybe there was a different owner at the time of those reviews? I don't know, but I rarely have to wait, the owner is friendly and efficient, and seems that way to others when they enter the store.

Having read the previous reviews about this UPS branch it did not stop me to to get their services...Thanks I did it. I had the chance to check how efficient the were and how fast they gave answers and solutions to my requirements.
Do not believe those negative reports. I am free and willing to say the truth...the were great. Even I forgot my credit card there and the called me at my home to advise that it was there and that I could go inmediatly to pick it up.

I fully recommend them.

I have been using the service here since 2009 since I began renting a box. They are the most considerate, honest, and kind people I have ever encountered.

I have had the opportunity to observe them in interactions with many customers. In the most difficult situations, they have always displayed the best demeanor and professionalism.

It seems to me the individual complaining about the failure to print a duplicate receipt seemed to create his problem as he goes from store to store without his prepaid receipts.

Excellent UPS Store location and my go to place for notarizations, shipping and amazon returns at least 3-4 times a month. Rafi and Nico are extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

It's been great having a box there. With the original owners things were a little spotty, but since Raphie bought the place it's been flawless! He's extremely easy to get along with, very accommodating, follows through. He's great!

I got there a bit later in the day, about 30 min before closing and received exceptional service. Super kind, helpful, and attentive - not rushing me out or anything! Definitely great customer service and it really exceeded my expectations. Worth a visit!
