Kroger

I love this location (Lakeside, Salem VA). It is clean and well organized. Employees are helpful and friendly. I look forward mostly to seeing Rachel. She is so helpful, knowledgable and kind. She was the first friendly face I met there 30 years ago, and has never wavered. 👍

We love the Waffle House in Salem Va. Food is always good, so friendly.

Love Kroger. They have a great selection of groceries. The store is laid out well and it is easy to get around in the isles.

Goodness! The staff always have me smiling by the end of each visit, no matter the department! Such sweet, kind workers! It's also starting to look fancy with the front end set up !

The people at checkout are great!!! The store was pretty well stocked. Good snack deals for football games!

Lakeside Kroger is the best. They have a great supply of different things and their prices aren't actually as high as the Salem Kroger and employees are much nicer Salem one actually need some customer relations classes not being ugly just saying. 😇

My mom really enjoys the personal touch that the store manager adds to this location (Mr Bass). He is super friendly, always has a warm smile and always willing to help everyone. I am also grateful that the staff will help the seniors to there car with there groceries. Thank you for making customer service important. It makes me feel safe as well as my mother. The location is always clean and fully stocked.

Really nice store. Great selection and helpful employees. It was very busy and one of my products wouldn't scan, so the manager just gave it to me for free. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.

I went to pick up my click list and for some unknown reason it was not ready. The staff was very nice and apologized repeatedly. They were short staffed and obviously doing everything they could. I agreed to come back to pick up my order at a later time. Even though it was their mistake, they were very kind and made it right with me.

I Like the grocery stores Kroger is believed me, is one of best, the people who work there is so friendly you go in to buy a few thing then you buy more because you fine your self going shifting around like crazy and before long you have more than you came for. For me I'm a talker I just love getting feedback. Well try it you see for yourself. Because I will talk about just about anything.
Try going and talking to these great people. I just love them all even the one who bag yr food or Drink.

Not a single thing missing, when I went to get my particular items. Had everything I need, only problem is too many self checkout lines and not enough personal cashiers.

I recommend install the kroger app they sometimes have nice deals their. Just bought 4 chips bags 11oz for 5 bucks the kroger ones. They are really good with lemon on it and spicy salsa.

A fine grocery store that offers regular grocery items along with a fine selection of organics products.,.Great weekly specials...and a gas station too!

Lots of parking, easily accessable, manager's specials. Also has had pumps. No excitement, but that is a good thing for a grocery store.

I enjoyed shopping looking around the meat department was very fresh I brought all the lemon&pepper chicken breast and the Cajun chicken it was a nice shopping adventure.
