There’s a lot of different products and it comes down to preference, but guidance always helps. Super clean and well laid out shop. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going here for 3-6 months as my regular spot and always have had great experiences. Guy that works there named hunter is who I usually talk to he’s the first person at a vape shop I’ve ever met who legit wants to help and teach but not in a “know it all” kind of way. Always makes it easy and informative, always takes care of things if there are issues, highly recommend.

Have been a patron here for a while (usually disposables), but am now trying to slowly quit. Hunter has always been friendly to me, but this time when I went with a specific mission in mind (getting back into non-disposables and tapering off into nic-less juice), he provided a picture perfect customer service experience. He was patient, explained things, and helped me find a solution that would work for me. As I’m nervous by nature, it was really nice to not be made to feel stupid when I asked questions. This is a great place to get your Vaping needs taken care of. The folks are truly knowledgeable about their stock and interested in customers having a great experience. They take the time to find out what experience you’re looking for and will recommend what’s best even if it’s cheaper than what you thought you needed. Been shopping here since it opened and have not been disappointed. Hunter, the manager, is very helpful.

I absolutely love this vape shop, whether your a beginner or a expert Scarlet is the way to go. Hunter was able to help me figure out the newer type of vapes as well as the new features in the good old fashion tank & mods. I would definitely tell anyone to stop by here if you need stuff.
