Best place in the state. Sean runs the best store in the area and is loyal to his customers. I won’t go anywhere else for my everyday needs!

Apple town is the best market around. I have been going here my whole life. Sean is a great guy. Very polite and friendly.

Recently, I had a very pleasant and important interaction with Sean at Appletown Market. I am not from the area, but I stop in to get some things when passing through. This is the store that I choose to patronize because the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Last week when I returned home after stopping in the store earlier in the day, I realized that I did not have my bank debit card, which I had used earlier in the day. I immediately called Appletown Market and spoke with Sean and asked if I had inadvertently left my debit card in the store. After verifying my credentials, he said yes I had left my debit card in the store and honored my request for him to mail it to me.

He was so conscientious that he texted me a photo of the security envelope with my address on it to ensure that he had the correct mailing information. He assured me that he would take care if the issue. In a couple of days I received my debit card in the mail.

Sean’s actions showed a thoughtful, timely, and kind response. It illustrated that although; I am not a frequent customer that he gives his full attention to any customer that comes into the store.

The store is well stocked with many items and us a wonderful store to have in Sterling for residents and visitors.

I very much appreciate Appletown Market and respect its staff for their outstanding customer service.

5/5. Excellent workers here, I asked them to stock a specific product for me and they had no problems accommodating. Gave me a date to come back. I respect this effort very much and I will be returning here much more often.

My husband and I live in town and LOVE Appletown Market. When we first moved here we stopped in to stock up, and the second time we returned the staff remembered us and asked how we were settling in. They are always friendly, accommodating if there’s something additional we’d like to see in store, and the prices are comparable to any big name supermarket. You really can’t go wrong here!!

I highly recommend this store to anyone living in town or just passing through. They always have what I need in stock and Shawn, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Best customer service. One of the employees told me if I needed something he would get if for me if I asked. Not too many convenience stores go out of their way in this manner. He also asked how I was settlling in as I moved in over a month ago. This convenience store is the gem of Sterling MA
