I have gone to this GameStop for years because the service is always exceptional. I adore the workers there. They’re incredibly kind, sociable, and knowledgeable about upcoming games and memorabilia releases. I cannot give enough accolades to the employees. The reason why I am always willing to drive across town to come here is because even when it is sometimes understaffed, the workers go above and beyond for customers. If you’re ever in the area, I absolutely recommend coming here. You won’t regret it!

Went there after not going to a GameStop in years, to just buy some little stuff I needed as soon as possible, the worker Gabriel really made me remember what was great about gamestop and why I’ll be going back! Overall great experience

This HEB #22 has employees that are so awesome. To food samples lady to meat market, cashier,produce, on the floor partners. Management, supervisor flowerets All good. Thank you thank you 🥰

I love this store especially the staff they are always so helpful and informative. The manager Pam always helps my oldest son (11) with any questions, she even goes above and beyond when he ask questions. For example: he asked about games for a certain system and she gave him a print out of the games available. Will always remain a loyal pro member because of them.

I went in with a gift in mind for my 8yr old son...I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to games and consoles but Pam was amazing!! Walked out with the most amazing gift for my son in less than 20 min. Pam made the whole process so painless by giving me all my options and such a wonderful attitude. I love seeing people who take pride in their job. Thank you Pam!!!! And Robert ;)

Great store with a top notch staff 👌🏽. I won't go anywhere else for my video game and collectable purchases. No one else gives this level of customer service.

I've been to this location more than a few times and the most recent was very enjoyable the cells they had were pretty good and the people at the counter didn't mind double-checking even though I think they knew that they didn't have it got a bunch of nice people behind the counter

This Game Stop was cleaned and organized and the staff was friendlt. I would recommend to anyone.

The only improvement that I would recommend is to update the store to focus more on the PS5 and Xbox Series X as it disdid not seem to be the focus in the store.

Ooohhhh boy. I haven't been in gamestop for awhile. I went for black Friday and the workers great. They made me feel right at home. Helped me pick a good deal on the ps4 pro bundle. Very helpful people! Would recommend if you aren't too farmiliar with gaming purchases.

Love this place! Nice always very knowledgeable and friendly place! All employees are game players. They give good recommendations and tips of course.

I was looking for a Playstation TV and they were the only store in San Antonio that had one in stock. They held it for me and I quickly drove across town to pick it up. They were very nice and helped me with what I needed!

I had an Xbox 360 that was over heating and I took it to this location to get it replaced using the Gamestops Replacement program. When I entered the store nobody greeted me and yet there were no customers in the store just one employee. Finally the employee turned around and I told them I wanted to replace the system because of the issue. Employee MIKE proceeded to try and convince me it was because I did not upgrade the hard drive in the system that is why its over heating... (Not True) I informed Mike that I needed to transfer my gamer tag off the old system to the new system but that I didn't know how, he said to follow the instructions. 30 minutes later when I got home and hooked up the system I realized I did not remember the email address associated with my Gold members ship that had 6 months remaining. I called the store just for mike to tell me to contact Xbox Live to obtain it. Now 1 hour after leaving the store at approx. 2pm I call the store again Xbox live couldn't help me so I ask Mike if he could let me have access real quick to my old system, his response " I ship out all systems in the morning its already gone." (LIE) within the next 2 hours I contacted Xbox Live and this specific store 3-4 times finally a new employee answered this location named David he informed me that my system was still in the store just in a box in the back ready to ship the following day... Mike could be heared in the back HUSHING David and taking the phone from him once again trying to tell me my system had left the store. Finally realizing I wasn't going to drop it he flat out told me " I'm not going to open the boxes in the back just to let you have access to your old system!" This liar, good for nothing employee not only is spreading lies to propigate better sales for his store by telling Xbox users that their system will overheat if they don't upgrade their harddrives but when a customer needs something they'll lie to them about products and availability. Because of their lazy and unethical workers I will never visit this store again and I will spread throughout the entire internet my experince I hope this good for nothing employee gets fired and investigated who knows what other unethical things he's been doing if he's willing to treat customers like this you better bet he's willing to do alot worse.

This place is the hart and soul of the word gamer and I mean think about it and ask yourself what would a gamer do. A gamer would go to game stop and pick up the best deals that you can't get anywhere else.
