I stopped in to get new blades for my clippers. One pair they carried, the second pair they did not. One of the gentlemen working there said he had 25 yrs of experience and sold me a new pair that was supposed to be barber quality and would cut my hair closer than the ones I was replacing. Needless to say, they did not. Because I believed him I tossed both the box and receipt when I got home and packed them for a trip.
UPDATE: Upon reading my review, Jay the store manager responded to my post. I went back in and we talked about what kind of haircut I was trying to achieve (bald). He allowed me to exchange the ones I purchased for ones that I needed. I immediately went home and cut my hair. It is now smooth as a baby's bottom. Thanks Jay for your product knowledge and excellent customer service!

This store is the only one in the area of it’s kind. It has everything that I could need and then some. It’s the only store that I know of that truly caters to our hair needs. I have not had a bad experience, in the 8 yrs I have been coming here. Their prices seem on average with most hair stores. It’s my go to hair shop.

GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! All the hair care products you need and more! I love this store it had the hair product in jar size I needed from large, medium, and travel size. The store is in a great location and easy to get to in Duluth, Ga. You will be amazed when you step in the store.

I have been coming here for the past 8 years or so and never experienced any problems. It is my go-to beauty supply even though I no longer live close to it. I like that they have inventory that caters to black hair. I literally just called 5 different beauty supplies looking for a Chi and/or FHI flat iron and no one had it or even knew what I was talking about. I called this place and the woman instantly said “yes.” She didn’t even have to go look or ask how to spell the name.

I come here all the time for basic hair products. Hair gel, braiding hair, deep conditioner. I've never had a problem with them. There are signs saying no returns so I don't understand why you would be mad if they don't honor your request. As of now I'll continue to shop here.

This is like threeeeeee beauty supply stores of all beauty supply stores. I mean, it's like the Costco of beauty supply stores.
They have everything! I literally drive 40 mins just to go here because I know they'll have what I'm looking for and more.

Whenever I went this store, I never fail to find my stuff. Staff and cashier were friendly and ready to help me.

I'm from NC and after reading the reviews before I went in the store, I was expecting rude customer service as was stated in alot of the reviews . My experience was great .I don't wear weave at all and only needed weave for my upcoming wedding. I have no clue about weave and the sales associate was very patient and helpful and also gave me discount because I traveled from NC.

They have a wide variety of items. Staff is always nice to me and my family. They don't make you uncomfortable while you're shopping around. This is my go to store! Love it

This is my go to beauty store. I live really close and they have everything even some not so common items. I have never had an issue with customer service here. They speak everytime I walk in and no one has ever followed me or made me feel unwelcome. The prices are average.

Kay was very sweet and she helped us so much when me and my mom were looking for a wig, she has a very great personality and was willing to help us find the perfect match without rushing us ! Always has everything I'm looking for! Prices are great and normally lower than anyone else. They keep up with Youtube and hair trends. This is my favorite hair store thus far!

Biggest Beauty Supply Store around Duluth. Great prices and selections. I look for quality and not quanity when it comes to finding excellent hair. The staff is friendly, and informative.

Large beauty store with a large selection of synthetic , human hair and beauty products. You can also call in to ask if they have the hair you need, they will go and check to confirm for you and if the stock is low you can ask them to hold for you - provided you pick up within 2 hours

I enjoyed myself, it was a quick trip but I got everything I was looking for, not enough actually lol, friendly staff & clean environment. I’ll definitely be back.

Large selection of products. I usually go during weekdays and it’s never crowded. Very nice staff and mostly helpful. Highly recommend.
